Makes me fall a sleep the first drink

I notice a positive difference in mood and feeling rested with this magnesium. I'll find myself looking forward to taking it which is not the case with a lot of other flavored mixes as they're too artificial and sweet. I have the Raspberry Lemon flavor and it's just like a nice lemonade with raspberry if you mix it with enough water. I use my 24 ounce mason glass with one scoop. I find it mixes best when I first put 1 scoop in and then my water dispenser has a somewhat forceful stream and that mixes it up perfectly. I wouldn't suggest adding scoops after the glass is full. I notice the next day, that I'm more level and calm when I take this before bed. My mood seems more positive and it seems to take an edge off depression and/or anxiety. One of the other supplements that helps is Saffron, fyi for those who need it. The magnesium also seems to help me feel more rested the following day, especially if I'm consistent.

Tastes good and helps me to feel better (energy, muscle strength, brain, etc)

I got this specifically because it doesn't have stevia in it, I don't understand the reviews complaining about the taste of stevia in this product.. The raspberry lemonade flavor is delicious, it smells good just opening the jar. A frother really helps mix it, but it does have a slight "milky" flavor/taste that I don't mind but can understand if others don't like it. I use this to stay regular and help relieve muscle cramps, so far I am really happy with it. Just make sure to drink it with an additional glass of water (I drink 8oz of water, then this, then another 8oz of water) because it uses a lot more water in your digestive system.

I have ordered this product for YEARS. I have always loved the clean ingredients, the great taste and how well it dissolves in a bottle of Propel while giving me the 8 different types of magnesium. However, I just ordered another container. My previous orders, the powder always had a bright pink color. This one was PALE pink. My thought was this should be great--maybe they removed any food coloring the old version might have had. However, this one tastes different, and leaves an artificial tasting film in my mouth. WHAT DID THEY DO TO THIS GOOD PRODUCT? I need to rethink buying this one again. I'm so unhappy...I'd order it in pill form but already take so many pill supplements. I loved that this didn't add more pills to my health routine.

Excellent product. I started using this after feeling like I was missing some nuts and bolts up there and was told it could be a magnesium deficiency. This stuff fills in the cracks when your supplements just don’t seem to be doing it for you. I have to say, it did give me very vivid dreams but after reading, they are associated with mag depletion. After consistent consumption, I don’t experience that anymore. I’ve repurchased this product twice now and will continue to take it consistently for better quality sleep, cognitive support and muscle relaxation.
