I love this handheld vacuum cleaner. It really cleans the surfaces well and it is easy to handle. I was surprised at how efficient it is. I am OCD and I love the combination of hot air, UV light and great suction. The LED light will go red if it detects some dust. The long power cable is great, although it tends to come loose sometimes. Communication with the seller was excellent. I had a minor issue with the first one that I ordered, which was swiftly resolved. Great customer service and great product.

This is a great piece of technology. I tried to use it on my 7 y o mattress and a goose mattress topper and the amount of dust/mites came out of it is incredible. My mattress topped is relatively new, I bought it in 2023. And it was expensive I must say. But also it was the dirties one. I presume that the organic goose feathers are just a fabulous home for mites. So I think to get rid of it, and probably get something different with a different fillings instead of the goose feathers. Otherwise we are very pleased with the purchase. A tool that any household must have. Easy to use, light, and efficient.

Delighted with this mattress vacuum. A very solid build serious looking machine (quite heavy if this is a consideration for you). Made a big impact on my bed, even although I already owned a bed vacuum. ( my previous one was old & nothing like this quality). Easy to operate. I have not yet tried emptying yet, looks straightforward. Plenty of length in the cord, strong pickup in suction, plenty of dust in the bin. Rather expensive, but you get what you pay for.

This is an excellent product, arrived yesterday and the amount of dust it pulled from my mattress actually made me feel sick I had been laying on this. It is easy to use and glides over mattress with minimal effort, easy to empty and comes with small brush to clean cylinder. It is well worth the money.

Bought this about 18 months ago and was somewhat dubious about how well it would work - was it just going to be another bit of kit that would end up in the local charity shop? Well, it worked from day one! Clean though our house is, the amount of dust that came out of our 3-year-old mattress was, frankly, embarrassing. But the real plus was that my ankles were no longer covered in itchy red bumps of a morning - and haven't been since! You don't have to vacuum every week - we find every 3 months works for us. A very small amount of dust goes into the container and I suspect we could leave it longer between vacuums but I don't want to risk those itchy bumps! Well worth what we paid for it! It's got great suction, an excellent cord length, and filters last for ages. It's also easy enough to manipulate along the very edges and corners of the mattress. I wouldn't be without it.

I must admit to some scepticism but this is an Excellent piece of kit. Very strong suction .you can see what is being vacuumed up. Bit heavy but does a great job

Jimmy BX& Pro Mattress arrived in time, delivery was good however the item is faulty: i) the heater does not work. ii) the vacume keeps switching on and off III) "Blade stop working" indicator flashes even dough the blades are running. iV) Brush/Blades comes on and off. It does not work. Sending it back
