What are shrink bands and how do they work?

Shrink bands are tamper-evident plastic sleeves that shrink tightly around the cap and neck of a bottle when heat is applied. They provide a visible safety seal that reassures customers that your product hasn't been opened or tampered with.

How do I choose the the right shrink band size for my bottles?

To choose the correct size, measure the diameter and the height of the area you want to cover. Check out our sizing guide chart.

Do I need a heat-gun or shrink tunnel to apply shrink bands?

Yes, a heat source like a heat-gun or shrink tunnel is required to shrink the band securely around your product. A heat-gun is sufficient for small-scale or manual operation. Please DO NOT USE a hair dryer.

Are the shrink bands easy to remove once applied?

Yes! Our shrink bands are designed to be secure, but easy to remove when you’re ready to use the product. Simply tear along the perforated line to release the band, no heavy tools required.

What type of plastic is used on the shrink bands?

Our products are made from clear PVC plastic. PVC is durable, flexible, and offers excellent clarity, making it a great choice for products that need to be both strong and visually transparent.
