Not one to review, but after I dropped my phone from about 4 feet, I felt compelled to. The case handled it amazingly, and the asphalt took chunks out the corner and hinge cover. But that's the point of a case. Initial impressions were that it was bulky, but honestly it more due to phone design than case design. The lense cap is my only gripe with the case, but it is nice for added protection. A TRUELY 10/10 case.

Honestly if you have this phone and you don't have this case, you're messing up big time. Does it add a little more bulk to the camera? Yep. But you'll love how well the lens in covered. I've night this twice now, I dropped my phone pretty hard a while back and the case took the damage, cracked only a small section on the edge cover. Best case I've ever owned. Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's slim, protects perfectly, and it's easy to hold. The camera cover provides a great hand rest.

Nope, don't buy this unless they drop the price to 50%. This is the second one I had to buy. I love the back case but the front is garbage. Plus the back part broke so easily. I'm only using the back case cause it covers the camera. This isn't a good case. Just get a cheaper price one. It's the same type.

I've gone through several different cases for the Oneplus Open. The "protective" kit Oneplus sells is silly because it offers no hinge protection or protection for the front half of the phone. The case that comes with the phone doesn't protect the hinge and may as well not be there at all for how little protection it offers. The Spartan case is by far the best in terms of protection, but it is incredibly bulky. The kickstand on it also broke within a week. This is perhaps the case with the least compromises. It's comfortable to hold, protects every part of the phone, and has a kickstand hopefully more robust than the Spartan. The camera cover is useful because it eliminates the problem of scratching the lenses. The Spartan only protected the glass bezel, and the protective kit included a laughably useless plastic ring while the camera housing jutted out of the case. The tradeoff with all foldable phones is essentially carrying around a phone twice as thick as a traditional slab style phone. Minimal added bulk is always desirable, but especially for foldables. This case does actually accommodate a screen protector easily. You simply need a screen protector designed for cases, such as the glass screen protectors on offer from ArmorSuit. As mentioned by others, the cutouts are not precise, but I hardly ever use my phone speakers anyway. One extremely annoying flaw is the *embossed* slogan claiming "perfectiness". However, these are the compromises made when a device isn't popular enough for Otterbox or UAG to bother making cases for said device. Spigen makes a case, but it does not have hinge protection.

If you don't need storage for the compatible bluetooth pen that is impossible to buy/find, Hell, even if you do. and even with the flaw of its front screen half. I still think this is the best case that protects the hinge, camera and the camera lens cover doubles as a useful grip and stable stand whether closed, or open (in both portrait or landscape). The lid has a friction hinge so its adjustable in increment. it feels quite sturdy though time will tell how it will hold up. I do think its a bit pricey at $40. It's hinge protection is more sturdy than all the other 4 hinge protection cases for the OPO except for the Poetic Spartan which provides more protection but is also far far more bulky and at least the one I received felt like the tolerances were too loose. I feel this is the best balance of slimness, protection and utility. If I have any criticism I'd say its front screen half feels a bit flimsy and the cut outs for the speaker/mic array aren't cut the same correct size as the back/camera half of the case. when you look at the top and bottom of the phone with the case on. the cut outs don't match. This is mars what would otherwise be a five star case for me. I personally solved this issue by taking the front screen half of another case and pairing it with the camera back half of this one. Mixing case halves like this causes it to not match up texture wise (third pic) but the cut outs are closer to symmetrical and that makes me feel good. There is no perfect case available for the Oneplus Open but this case is the closest I've found. Bottom half of the camera case has no obstructions to using an aftermarket magsafe ring/mount too. another con some might have is that you have to open the cover to take a photo.. which I don't have a problem with and rather like it as both a handle/stand. but I could see it being a deal killer for some. My personal ranking of hinge protection cases for OPO-O. #1 Nillikin, #2 Voppton/Gouhgkh (Slight edge to Gouhgkh. While I like the leather back on the Voppton but hate its unstable stand and would rather use a aftermarket ring/magsafe handle/mount.) #3 Poetic Spartan (For the price. I expected cut outs and tolerances to be ALOT better and its VERY bulky). It's a shame that oneplus Case selection/design isn't as competitive as it isn't as high volume of a phone as say.. the Galaxy Fold.

It's been my go-to case since I pre-ordered the phone. After a year or so, I broke the front case part to the front of the phone and just put the one that came with it from OnePlus. Then that one broke, and I almost bought another one of these cases, but I found a cheap case to use as a donor and just used the front of that one, and it's been on there ever since. Really protects the camera and its metal, so it's sturdy enough to hold the phone up when watching videos with it unfolded. The only other thing I noticed is that dust/ lint likes to get on the camera, which is probably normal.

The case itself is nice quality and the camera cover is a convenient stand also but while the back piece actually clips onto the phone, the front doesn't and needs to be adhered but it's only adhered on the hinge side. When I try to open the phone the front piece ends up coming off a lot of the time which is very frustrating.

This case fits my OnePlus Open perfectly. It has a very nice feel and has a hinge that works perfectly. It is not too bulky. This case is an excellent value for the money. The camera cover will keep my lenses safe from damage and can be used as a stand. LOVE IT.

This is my second cover of same type. The top rubbery finish of the second cover started pealing off within a week, seems some manufacturing defect. Unfortunately the return window is closed.

Everything is good with the case but for the fact that the front case obstructs with the screen protection lamination leading to creation of bubbles on screen. Wont recommend…

Good safety for the camera but not worth buying as difficult to use when ur opening the mobile as the cover comes out... Quality wise not worth so costly. Looks fine but not good grip, fits exactly but not worth.
