Probably should buy a different garter
I had to tailor both the garter and the underwear to fit. Not the best purchase for a petite or small person, and honestly I don't think the underwear would fit anyone well. The waist is snug fully expanded on me (so anyone with larger hips would definitely not be able to wear them), and the back string is way too long.

Fell apart easily
This was purchased as a costume for theatre but after two shows, it was starting to fall apart. It also did not hold up my stockings well because the clasps kept coming undone.
