The tinted version really block most blue light so great before bed or outside. The clear lenses block a surprising amount of blue light and I wear most times using tv or phone and just in led lit rooms, has worked wonders for me and reduced headaches as well as eye pain.

I got this as my husband spends quite some time gaming and thought this would be good for his eye strain. Has been working really well and they are not too heavy around the head and nose. Blocks the light nicely without being irritating

I have a set of real blue light blocking glasses. It’s very easy to do a basic test - look at an operating blue LED. If the LED looks off / dark then the glasses block blue light. I purchased these glasses as a spare but they dim blue LEDs only slightly. They have fancy packaging and extras in what seems an attempt to create a sense of quality that does not exist functionally. Avoid!

They are ok , I thought it would be better but it's ok

Fit very comfortably and great for screen use, less eye strain and more comfortable when using screens for long periods. Hardly get headaches now. Useful for driving too, glare from headlights is less blinding.

I bought these for my son who's hobby is gaming. He was struggling with sleeping causing him headaches. These glasses have completely reversed this, he is now sleeping much better. They look pretty cool too!

I think I would only wear these for a wee bit while gaming as they eventually hurt my eyes

This is very good quality glasses. It's really helped me drive in night time. Nd even day time it helps. Really recommend it.
