But, it just took a while for the device to actually show up on my Volvo's screen. This is the second device I've tried; the first was a different brand and didn't work at all, despite customer service helping. So, I thought "well here we go again," but then after some more fiddling with it it finally showed up and started working. Now that its set up, it works great. The delay isn't even noticeable. By the time I get settled into my car, it is already connecting and getting my music or podcasts going. Sound quality is great. I have the device itself in my center console storage thing, and it is out of sight. Its a nice looking and good quality device, despite the fact its tucked away out of view. I would buy this one again. I think this is an emerging consumer product and a lot of these devices are chinese produced crap. This one seems to be a bit better than the rest, and certianly better than the prior product I ordered and ultimately had to return. I hope it doesn't poop out after a few months like a lot of reviews say for these types of devises. Given what I know now, I would still 100% buy this one. Its entirely possible that the setup difficulties were due to me missing a couple chromosomes as well, so I wouldn't let that hold you back.

We bought 2 - now neither one works
We purchased two of these, two months apart, for two separate vehicles. One vehicle is a 2024 Ford Explorer and the other is a 2007 Pathfinder with an aftermarket deck with CarPlay. We connect only iPhones to them - one in each vehicle. The one we bought four months ago for the Explorer just stopped working completely and the one we bought two months ago for the Pathfinder is in the intermittent connection phase of operation. Like many other reviews say, this product is not worth the money and doesn’t work properly after just a short period of time. We obviously don’t recommend this product. EDIT: upon seeing this review, seller processed a refund for both. However, I see that they are no longer selling these under this seller name (yizeyangshsi). They are now being sold by a seller called JUNELECTRIC, which may or may not be the same company. Same product with the same issues though - item description is identical.

It’s good!
Works great! The setting up and connection was simple and easy. It does take a few minutes like 2 minutes when I first start my car to connect to my phone and start the music but my regular car Bluetooth takes the same time as well. The only complaint I have is I’ve noticed now it’ll randomly do the slightest little skip in the music. But I’ve had it for a few months now and I’m sure it’s probably because of the Vegas heat I live in so that’s understandable. But other than that it’s a great gadget!
