Just as I remembered it from child hood - nice and bitter - if one does not like bitter, a bid of honey will help. I use it as tea, but also successfully for inhalations. Truly does what it promises - I can only recommend this please not to confuse with "sea moss" - these a 2 different things. I

Excellent. Yet another stellar product by this company (and I've purchased a ton from them in the last few months). I'm well pleased. Hubby is having major GI issues: bleeding ulcers, likely H Pylori. We're experimenting with herbs we can take in addition to hospital meds, bc his condition needs all the help it can get. You should take this herb for therapeutic reasons, not for taste, bc it is super bitter. I'm doing TCM, and this herb has a great profile for both hubby and me. You should look up its TCM profile first to decide if its actions are a fit for you. I really like it, despite the taste, so I'm eager to stock up.
