Works well. Perfect size for your neck. Light weight. Not heavy like shoulder neck wraps. Easy to use. Don’t close Velcro too tight. Stayed cooled.

I’m coming here months after purchase because I knew it would solidify my opinion. It’s a good size and lot of filler so it stays cold for a LONG time which was important to me. At first it’s too frozen but it improves in a few minutes of use and I think it helps it stay nice and cold. I have noticed a little sound at the snaps to indicate a little leak but I just don’t squeeze it there and it’s not an issue. The bag is less of a case and more just plastic but the seal has been used many times and still works and i do like it not smelling like the freezer, more than I thought!

The ice pack itself stays cold for a while and does its job. This sounds weird but the Velcro is SO strong that it takes a few minutes and lots of scratching my fingers to try to get it apart! I can manage it if I only attach it by a tiny overlap, but when it's fully Velcroed, forget it. I'd be stuck in it for life!

Material is soft and the pack is very flexible with just the right amount of weightiness. It doesn’t stay cold as long as I would like. I’ll probably have to get another 1-2 so I always have one at the ready. My neck is not huge but it’s not dainty either… I personally wish it adjusted a bit more snugly on me. I could overlap the Velcro a bit to make it smaller but the Velcro is very scratchy on my skin if I do that. Overall, worth it but if you deal with chronic/acute pain you may want to plan to get more than one.

Bought this for migraine relief but then had neck surgery. It works so well that I bought a second one to use as a heat wrap. They don't stay cold or hot for long periods but they do refreeze or reheat quickly.I have a large neck and this just fits if I don't try to choke myself. I have found that it is more loose the more I use it.

What I really like about this pack is that it is very flexible and can be wrapped around, neck, knee or any other part. I used it on my swollen foot. It can be warmed in the microwave or put in the freezer. The problem is that it will not stay frozen or warm for very long. We have to keep heating or freezing it. It is worth it for it's flexibility. Very well made and soft.
