I ordered these because I had heard an advertisement on the radio for another more expensive brand. When looking on Amazon for that brand, I found these at a much more reasonable price. I really like these breath freshener capsules. They have a nice minty taste when you put them in your mouth and once the mint flavor is gone, you simply swallow them. You can bite into them, but The taste inside isn't quite as nice as the mint on the outside. However, either way swallowing or biting in to them, they get into your stomach and start their work there. They really do keep your breath fresh for many hours. These are much better than simply having a breath mint in your mouth.I use them before I have a meal that could cause bad breath. I like that I don't need to worry about my breath after eating onions or garlic.

I have suffered from halitosis for over 30 years. It has been so embarrassing to hear people whispering about how bad my breath smells, frowning when they are talking to me, covering their nose and mouth when they are near me. I've even had child to ask his mother what was the smell that was coming from my mouth. My breath smelled like feces. I have tried so many products to help with my bad breath but nothing worked that is until I stumble across this product on Amazon. This product has built my confidence when I talk. If I could I would give it a 10. I no longer get sniffs or hear people talking about something stinks when I pass by. This is one of the best purchases that I have ever made.
