Does this fit 15-ey0023?

It should fit any of the HP Envys that start with 15-EY.

does it fit HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop ?

It only fits the model in the description.

Is this compatible for 15-fh0013dx???

This case fits only HP Envy x360 15-EW0000 with an Intel CPU or HP Envy x360 15-EY0000 with an Intel CPU. When I was looking for a case, I typed in 15-EW0000 as a search parameter in order to find this particular case. HP has a nasty habit of making models that are different sizes, so unless your computer is in the above series, this case will probably not fit your computer.

is it easy to install?

Yes, it is very easy to put on the computer. It is just a cover and it snaps on top and bottom of the laptop.
