Great quality!
This is a well-thought out bag to toss in your trunk or responder vehicle. There are larger compartments and many smaller compartments and pockets to stow things like flushes and trauma bandaging equipment. IT's a little hard to squish a c-collar in, but it's doable. The stitching is nice--no wild threads or uneven lines--and the shoulder straps are firmly attached. It will take me a while to get used to finding stuff in its new locations in this pack, but it's a great pack to keep around, especially if you're looking for an MCI bag.

Cheap, heavy, plasticy & poor
Took longer to arrive. Came in sealed, clear plastic. I didn't take it out even-too large for my needs, feels like cheap vynl/plastic & is heavy. Itz crappy even sealed up looking at it. Absolutely NOT worth the price point. Maybe half tge selling price would be fair.I made the mistake of not checking on seller before ordering. This is not something to last like a workhorse this sort of bag should be. Buyer beware.

First Aid Backpack
My sons are in scouts and frequently have a need to have first aid kits and materials close at hand while camping, hiking and at large events. Having a large red medical bag that everyone can see and know where and who to go to is invaluable. Whether it's for a band aid, ice pack or something more critical, this bag is definitely going to be put to good use. Now, the bag itself seems to be manufactured well and has 2 large main compartments. It also has a reflective strip around the bottom for extra visibility in the dark. The backpack has 2 smaller pouches that zipper closed on the outside and one of the compartments has slots and elastic loops to hold in place smaller items. The shoulder straps have D links to hang items from.
