Looks just like the picture and works so well! It doesn't get cold on the side you put on the child! It works for pain relief. The straps are too big to use on my granddaughter but I held it to her head because she had the glue and it actually made her stop crying from her head hurting! No smell. I only used one once so far but it's easy to use. Just put one in the freezer and its ready to use. Stays cold awhile!

I love how these do not get too hard and are malleable enough for my child to use on her ouches. We even use it for her forehead when she is running a fever. Great durability, flexible, cute for kids.

I ordered this for surgery for mt grandbaby and there was suppose to be 2 of them in the package but I only got 1 in the package

Great for kids

I feel like my 4 year old is constantly bumping into things and getting hurt! She is so dang clumsy! These little ice packs have been great for her. She loves the cute design and the soft side of the ice pack. It's great that they have the strap attached because I can apply it wherever needed and wrap the strap around to secure so she doesn't have to hold it. The gel inside stays soft and pliable, so even after hours in the freezer the ice pack itself is not frozen stiff. I did remove one star though because the gel does NOT stay cold for very long. After barely 10 minutes it was at room temperature again. So for minor little bumps it's fine, but in more significant injuries that need a longer time icing we had to use a different ice pack. My daughter likes them though and they help her feel better in the moment so that's the most important part.

I have 3 small kids so there is never a moment when someone is getting a boo-boo. Ice bags leak and make messes, so these are fantastic. Having 2 means I always have 1 frozen and ready to go. The stretchy band makes it easy to stay on. They stay frozen for quite some time, a lot longer than a bag of ice. The only issue is that the soft, fabric side doesn't really get cold, so you put the cold side directly on and it's very cold.
