Will the Milwaukee tools work on electric lines with 7200 votes?

Yes we use the 18v and 24 volt ones every day on 7200v system.

Is it possible to adjust the torque?

No It’s a factory set torque for the type of impact drii you purchase.

Can I use my M18 fuel battery on this tool?

Yes sir it’s a match. It’s identical battery

Any improvement over the old V18 version? V18 batteries are expensive, looking replacement with M18 tools.

I'm not familiar with the "V18" battery unless your asking about the older NiCad 18V battery. Yes, those are expensive, but so are the M18, the new lithium batteries. I've had my lithium powered impact driver since last Christmus and haven't needed to recharge the one M18 battery that I have. However I haven't used the impact driver that often. It does seem the M18 holds its' charge much longer and the impact driver does the same work as the NiCad powered drill driver and requires less power. The impact driver and M18 battery weigh less the NiCad powered drill driver.
