High grade Gua Sha
Feels different to horn and jade. It has a shape and weight that encourages relaxed use, the tool does the work. This Bian stone has interesting history and explanatory online booklet included via link. Arrived quickly and soon became a favourite in my Gua Sha collection.

Best ASTYM tool for the money
I have a dozen different tools that I use in my physical therapy practice. This is now my favorite. The weight, balance and shape is ideal for 80% of my treatments. See hand hold above. I used a sharpening stone to change the edge one of my tools to increase the aggressiveness of the contact but it was easy to do with a little time and care. You may not need to make a change but it is available depending on your style of treatment. The only problem that I encountered is that it can brake if you drop it on a hard surface. You can't beat this tool for the price.

It works!
As a long distance runner who suffers from muscle tightness especially in the IT Band area, I had been going to see my physical therapy regularly for dry needling and for her to work on those tight areas, until she recommended getting a Gua Sha tool to use at home. With her help, I researched and found this tool and it has been a life saver! No more physical therapy visits, and rather than foam roll, I am using this tool to fix those tight/sore areas.

Awesome Tool
I love this tool. It became my favorite tool, and felt like an extension of my hand. The only thing is that it is not for a clutz like me, who accidentally knocked it off my table and it broke on a concrete floor.

It is a natural stone product and will break
This product fits very well in the hand. It is a natural stone so it is fragile. If mine breaks I will likely replace it with a stainless one. It does take a few more seconds to clean.

Really works!
My husband is a competitive power lifter and fitness coach. We purchased the stone to help with pain in his back and shoulder. After one session of vigorous rubbing (about 15 minutes) much of his pain was gone the next day! It was easy for me to hold and use and didn't require much effort on my part.
