ChooMee 8-Piece Baby Self Feeding Learning Set, 4 Months Plus | SnakPack, SoftSip and FlexiDip, Aqua Set

I think these are a great concept, but I have a few issues with the design.I watched a bunch of YouTube videos on this before I purchased and the moms reviewing it on there seemed happy with it, but they were all showing first time use. I question now if it was a matter of really liking the idea more than the usability.First, the spoons really don't work that great unless the food is really thick. I'm going to keep trying them to see if he is interested, because I think they would be an ok first spoon.The mouthpiece of the spoon is about thumb-sized and the spoon is about as wide as my finger, but narrower on the side. They are about as long as my middle finger. They were just smaller than most of the other infant spoons we have used. UPDATE: Now that he is a little older, these are working pretty well to teach him to use a spoon without hurting himself. I really like them. They don't hold much food, but are safe for him to chew and he really seems to enjoy sucking the food off of them on his own.The pouches are super cute and easy enough to use. They are thick and have a sturdy food zipper at the bottom. They are, of course, a little tedious to clean but not as bad as I feared they would be. Like all pouches, they do have a "sharp" edge. Not any worse than a regular brand, but where my baby did end up with a slightly injured gum on a grocery store one right in front of me, you definitely don't want to just hand this to your baby and walk away like I've seen people imply on YouTube. They would be fine for a toddler I think, but not babies in the exploratory chewing stage.The last thing was the choomee tops. I really had such high hopes for these because our little guy is in his "DIY" phase of eating. Only a little bit of the food comes out and you have to bite it and squeeze the pouch at the same time to make that happen. While I see how this "could" work, it just isn't an effective way of feeding at all. Maybe my little guy is just too into his "puffs" for food, but the toppers didn't provide enough immediate satisfaction to get him to use it. It may work if I widen the hole on it, because it definitely softens the tip and that's great for a start. Because of the cap on it, it's super easy for babies to pull off (it took mine about 10 seconds to figure it out). Also, they are a pain in the butt to wash.I love the idea of the set, I just think it needs a hair more fine tuning to be all it can be.

LOVE these!! My 10 month old can use these independently and won’t cause a mess when we use the soft spout lids! Definitely buying more! The spoons are her FAV. She uses them all the time

I LOVE THESE!! I have been avoiding the pre-packed ones at the grocery in fear they may have mold and I would never know it! These work PERFECT for family trips, car rides, a day at the park or just snack time. No mess and my one year old loves it! I like that you can put them in the dishwasher and fill them with anything. Very happy purchase!

I love everything. Great price and product. The tops do not stay on very well but it does the job

Colourful, fun, functional! What's to complain about? These are the easiest pouches to clean, in my opinion, and the spouts are so helpful for my daughter not to spray food everywher. The spoons are a little short, but that was as expected. My daughter doesn't really use them, but I think she would have if I'd bought them a few months earlier. I'll hold onto them for a future child! All in all I am very very happy with this perfect.

They are great my daughter loves them! However one of the spoons broke after a couple of weeks only not sure it was defected. Hopefully the remaining one last longer
