The media could not be loaded. I was confident in its capacity to survive frequent usage since it had a solid and well-made feel about it. A totally personalized experience that is tuned to my individual requirements was promised by the twin channels and forty intensity levels, which piqued my interest. I quickly put the electrode pads on and switched on the device after going through the informative directions that were easy to understand. I was able to feel the mild pulses of electrical stimulation working their magic on my hurting muscles within a few minutes after they were applied. Edit - the company reached out to me to make things right. I found that refreshing since very few companies stand behind their products anymore and I appreciate that they cared!I have only used this device a handful of times. Now it's just giving me a blank screen when I try to power it up. I tried charging it for hours to see if that was the problem but nope. Also, it is a royal pain in the rear-end to push the same buttons over and over until you get it to the setting you want it to be on. And oftentimes it just restarts back to square one and you have to push the buttons a bunch of times again. No thanks! Never buying from this company again. Waste of money!

Easy to use and accurate for home monitoring.

Worked about 6 months. Used it maybe 20 times. Today it just lights up all night and does nothing at all. Complete junk. The company offers nothing in return except silence. Amazon should make sure they don't have companies sell crap on their site. It looks bad on them.

Instructions are horrible.

It actually does work great! For the price, definitely amazing. Still trying to figure out the different settings. Manual doesn’t help much. Have used numerous times so far and the battery is still fully charged. If I use on my calves for 30 minutes before bed, it curtails my RLS! 👍🏻
