45N1128 X240

A little wary readying other reviews on laptop battery replacements in general but this battery works well with the T440 and T440s Thinkpads that I tested it out on. I charged it up and let it power each laptop until it was at ten percent. I'm averaging a little over seven hours after a few cycles with just light internet surfing and spotify and other music apps playing in the background while connected to an external monitor. I will update this review after a few weeks or months with a long-term review.

Too late for the warranty.

Battery capacity is only 56.16Wh, rather than the listed 72Wh, but gives a total of over 72Wh with the internal 24Wh battery, but does last a significant amount of time.

I purchased this for my T450S. It is running Ubuntu 24.04. Note: You must power cycle the laptop about 2-4 times for the battery to properly report charge and accept charging. It is what it is, and it does it well. Battery gives about 5-6 hours of charge.

Worked great for about 4 Months. Now it is saying that it is 100 percent charged, but does not power any of the laptops i've used it in. Multiple laptops with Linux and windows are showing the same issue with only this battery.

Does not fit nicely in laptop. The manufacturing tolerance is poor. Unsure how well that bodes for the battery quality.

Giving only 3 stars because the battery capacity is 56Wh not the reported 72Wh.I need the battery for travels so will probably keep it but please update your product description. It fits well for my T440s. The second battery died and needed a replacement. After installing this the battery life increased from ~1hr15 mins to >5hr on standby (but with 100 of browser tabs open). I also have a higher resolution screen, i7 4600 U so if you had the older components on this laptop then the total battery life is probably greater. From previous reviews, looks like it should last about 2 years. I will now use this laptop for light documents, presentation, maybe light coding, and will be mine good travel notebook. One last thing, the back has a bump (to accommodate more charge of course) so it decreases the aesthetics of the laptop slightly. However, T440s is not for aesthetics but for performance. Plus, the bump creates a good airflow system when using the notebook. In short, good replacement and will lengthen the use of the laptop by a few years but please do not put wrong information about the total battery life.

Battery failed after 6 months. After letting the seller know, a full refund was issued. They are serious about their 12-month support period! I will be buying another, since battery failure is rare but impossible to get rid of entirely by any brand, and their support will clearly not fall short. 4/5 stars, as the battery capacity is 56.16 rather than 72 watt hours.
