The heat pad gets heated quickly and the 3 stage setting is very handy. The vibration gives a massage feeling. It’s lightweight, comfortable to wear and stays in place even when moving around. The cordless and rechargeable design makes it super convenient.

Only flaw is that I wish it lasted longer! I use it for my time of month mainly, and it’s been a lifesaver, especially with the vibration feature. Heat helps but as I have bad pain associated with my periods, massaging my stomach and moving around (a lot!!) is what I’ve to normally do, this allows me to remain somewhat still as it does the work for me.My partner loves the heating function, and finds it could be hotter but that’s preference as I find the heat at its highest to be too much at times!Again, only flaw is that I wished it didn’t need to be charged as often and it lasted longer.

Decent item, but with a 3h timer setting, I would expect the battery to last for that long. It lasts for less than 45 minutes, using the blue temperature intensity (lowest: green, then blue, orange, with red being the highest). It wraps around my lower back well and I have even used for my shoulder blade. It also takes a long time to charge, even on a fast charger.A display of the settings would be nice.

For intensive menstrual pain this is amazing,it was decreasing the pain that I barely felt it, especially because you could choose the intensity of the heat. My husband is using it for the back pain. I was very sceptic at first but now I can say definitely is a good purchase.
