Fast and easy to setup, love the air quality monitoring too
After adding the smart smoke detector, I added one of these on each floor of our home. Even with other CO detectors its great to have these paired to my phone in case of an emergency. Having the air quality monitoring is a nice addition to keep track of humidity and air quality on each floor. Great product!

App logs you out and push notifications do not work
Q: Why would you want a WIFI-connected smoke, fire, and CO alarm integrated with an app on your smart phone? A: So you will be notified if an alarm sounds while you are away. After 7 days of inactivity (not looking at the App at least once a week), you will be logged out of the smart phone app and the push notifications on your phone will no longer happen. The smoke, fire, and CO alarm was easy to install - uses the same three pin connector as the old hard-wired detector. Installing the smart phone app and connecting the device was straight forward. After a month of being installed, we started getting middle-of-the-night false alarms - just two or three loud beeps, followed by "Fire, Fire!" but no push notifications. You log in to the app (user name and password) to see there was an alarm. A few days later, you get a push notification when it happens again. Then if the next one is 8 days later - no alert on your phone because the app logs you out automatically after 7 days. There is no benefit to having a wifi enabled device if this feature doesn't work past 7 days without actively logging in again. 1 star for a waste of time and money. Plus the false alarms are annoying.

Quality Kidde Device
I own a slew of Kidde devices, and I decided to add 3 of these to my collection. I got all three of them set up in less than 10 minutes. I'm using them to monitor the air quality and temperature in three different rooms. So far, so good. They're working like a charm. They seem a little pricey, but when you consider what they do, you'd come to the same conclusion as me that these are essential for keeping your family safe and healthy.

Great CO and Humidity sensor, unknown accuracy on VOCs
Easy to install and overall great humidity and CO sensor. I'm unconvinced of the VOC accuracy. I've done so many experiments to check why there are spikes in the VOC reading during my kids bedtime. I've tweaked lighting, temperature, flushing the room with air, occupancy, I've removed every cleaner and solvent from my house, etc etc. The only thing that has been consistent is that when my two year old goes to bed - the readings pop up to 600 ppb VOC. Is it just people breathing in the room? Seems like a potential error from a low cost sensor. Would love to hear more from Kidde on the accuracy of the VOC sensor.

Helpful alerts
When I was buying this, I thought its features were probably an overkill and we may never use all those. But it keeps sending various alerts about VOC levels and other air quality alerts to my iphone. It prompts us to open windows and keep indoors healthier. It even alerts us when it has lost wifi connectivity so it acts as an alert when our wifi is down :-)

Great way to monitor home from anywhere
Easy to connect to Wifi and configure. Monitors smoke along with air quality. Also lets you know if your Wifi goes down. Purchased several compatible Kidde non-Wifi detectors and wired together so if one goes off, they all go off. Very nice solution.

Horrible! Buyer Beware!!!
I have given this product one star only because I cannot give it zero. It is the worst smoke detector I’ve ever had. Originally bought this item in March after moving to my new home. I chose this brand because there were already two existing smoke detectors. I installed it and a week later it failed to work properly and kept false alarming at all hours of the day and night. I couldn’t bus or reset the device unless I totally disconnected it from the power supply line. I returned it and got an exchange in replacement. I installed the replacement device. A month later the pre-existing devices started false alarming. I could hush and reset them from the app. About two weeks ago I was away at a conference. I received a text message from my dog sitter. She stated when she arrived that all the alarms were going off. I had not gotten an alert in the app. She stated that she tried to reset them, but she could not get them to stop alarming. I opened up the app to see if I could reset them. Unfortunately, I could not by this time my animals were going crazy. The dog sitter was at her wits end and I was disgusted. I asked that she please just disconnect the devices from the power source. She removed two of the devices however she could not reach the third one that it’s in the upstairs hallway as it was too high for her to be able to reach even with a stepstool. That is one of The existing devices. When I returned home from my business trip, I attempted to troubleshoot the devices to no avail. Over the past two weeks the one remaining device has been alarming at all hours of the day and night for seemingly no reason. I have dusted it. I have vacuumed it. I made sure that there was no humidity affecting it, I kept my house at a steady 76° temperature. It keeps alarming for no reason. Yesterday while having out-of-town company, the two disconnected devices begin alarming for no apparent reason. When would go off it would set the other two this has been nothing but a literal headache. I have decided to take all three of them down. I have deactivated them entirely. By doing so they cannot be used again. Once you turn the battery power off it essentially deactivates the device and it’s no longer serviceable. At this point all I wanted to do was shut off the noise . I have decided to go with an entirely different brand as this one literally is a headache. Save yourself the trouble and try something else.

Carbon Monoxide Detector
Seems to work. Easy to install and setup. Replaced old units that were well beyond their useful life.
