Great hair, bought 2nd of the same

As someone who has purchased this wig in the past & has been very happy with it - I am beyond disappointed at what I received recently. I purchased this wig to go on holiday with & did not open it until the day before my holiday (my fault!). It was like two different wigs. One side (the left) was limp, flat & lifeless, it looked like I had slept on one side of my head for a full month, I could not get a bounce & the right side had so much hair & was bouncy. The lengths were straggly & different & the back had these solo oddly placed individual hair longer that actual wig. The wig itself was 'scraggy'!. As I didn't open it previously I had to use it & as we know, when our hair looks good, we feel good. As I've purchased more than once before & have always been pleased, I don't know what happened & it could be that I got a stray bad wig, unfortunately, it just didn't make me great. That said, I would purchase again (fingers crossed, it goes back to being a great wig) & hope that what I received was a 'one-off' issue. Previously, I gave 5stars but will now reduce that to 3stars & hope that 1. Good workmanship is returned to the wigs; and 2 Quality control goes back to it's previous high standard. (That wig should not have been approved!)

THE FIRST TIME I WORE THIS WIG TO A GATHERING, SOMEONE SAID: "I LIKE YOUR HAIR, THE STYLE SUITS YOU!" MY POINT IS, SHE COULD NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE - THAT IS HOW IMPRESSIVE THIS WIG IS. PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THAT POINT, I WORE THE WIG IMMEDIATELY AFTER A MORNING DELIVERY - IT WAS NOT COMBED - JUST PUT ON MY HEAD. IF YOU READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON CARING FOR THE WIG, THERE WILL NOT BE ANY PROBLEMS SUCH AS SHEDDING. I HAVE CARED FOR MY WIG BY GENTLY WASHING IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF MILD SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER AND KEEPING THE SHAPE WHILST DRYING IN FRESH AIR WITHOUT THE NEED FOR TOWELLING. WHEN USING GELS OR CREAMS (FOLLOW THE LABELS INSTRUCTIONS) ONLY APPLY TO WET HAIR AND COMB THROUGH WHILST THE WIG IS WET OR DAMP. I SPRITZ MY WIG, PARTICULARLY THE BACK, WHERE IT CURLS UP, WITH WATER AND FRIZZ FREE CREAM, THEN COMB WITH A WIDE TOOTH COMB. AFTER THIS, WHICH ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES, IT LOOKS PERFECT FOR WORK. FINALLY, I AM A VERY FUSSY PERSON WITH NATURAL, 4B,12in HAIR - I WOULD NOT HAVE WRITTEN THIS REVIEW TO HELP OTHERS/SISTAS, IF IT WAS NOT A TRUTHFUL ACCOUNT OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WIG.

When I took it out of the bag it looked weird. But once it was washed it looked 100%. I wanted to buy another but its no longer available
