Excellent B12 supplement
This kind of B12 is supposed to support nerve healing. This means neuropathy pain improves. I have found this to be true. The taste is quite pleasant. I have been taking this for years now and will continue.

Please don’t switch the flavor on our orders. He really prefers the berry flavor. Don’t substitute with lemon flavor again in the future. If you are out. Just let us know so we can decide if we still want it or not

High quality supplements
This is a great product! I am very fortunate to live in Bellingham Wa where Seeking Health is located.. I took the StrataGene DNA test and got some great info into my health. Really works. Blood work proofs it.
My blood work showed that I was B12 deficient, likely due to long term H2 blocker use. I previously was told that oral B12 medication isn't as efective as injectible B12, but my next blood work showed that I was slightly over the upper limit of the B12 range, so 5000mcg per every day is a little too much for me. Per doctors recommendation I only take it every other day now. I may continue that way or start using a smaller dosage every day. Either way, this product works for me. I take it by chewing it up into little pieces and then let it dissolve under my tongue.

Calm Energy
I was using a pretty good B12 liquid supplement before I purchased this one. The liquid B12 supplement was pretty effective, but this one is better. The liquid version hits you quickly but effect is not sustained. This seeking health version doesn't 'hit' you that quickly but has a more sustained effect...which I can only describe as calm energy. I break a tab in 2, take one half first thing in the morning, and the second half about 3 pm in the day. If you think you need a B12 supplement (and I think most people are deficient from research), this is a good option.
