Very disappointed with the poor costumer service, also more disappointed for the poor product quality, I do not recommend this product at all, you would be waisting your money to buy this

Purchased two of these to span a 4-foot long Galley Sink (by the way, worth every penny I paid). Nice, high quality units. Spray head is metal, as are other components. Good, attractive design. Easy installation. Spray head does not extend as far as a true commercial spray head (hence two faucets for my ultra-large sink), but that is a design compromise. It is so much more conveient than the alternative tangle of faucet hose beneath a sink. As with most faucet heads nowadays, internal flow reducers cut the volume of water throughput. Consequently, it takes somewhat longer to fill a pot than with old style faucet heads. Also, the spray isn't quite as forceful as I would like. Nonetheless, it's solidly built and I've had no issues with either of mine over the past 6 months of pretty heavy use.

The first one I got was DEFECTIVE and leaked! The replacement Amazon sent works fine. I don't know if that was 1:1,000,000 defect, but disappointed to see something so simple from a high end brand not work. On top of having to uninstall, and re-install, I had to make time to go to the post office during work to return. Amazon still hasn't fully refunded me what I paid to ship the defective part yet and it has been well over 3 days from them receiving it.Apart from the first defective unit, I recommend this faucet. Looks great, very sturdy, precision-crafted, ultra easy to install, optik steel matches stainless steel appliances. Make sure you have a lot of clearance though for the top of the faucet and even for the handle, which pulls down for cold water and out to the right to turn on.

Purchased at an excellent price, arrived quickly and before estimated delivery date; vendor was great and the quality of the product is what you would expect from Hansgrohe - excellent - but I did deduct a star because the hose doesn't extend from the coil and isn't flexible enough to go down into my sink like the old Grohe faucet I had. Still love it - commercial look and quality, but still small enough to not overpower a residential kitchen!

No complaints on this, looks to be heavy brass construction. Good fittings. Easy install, and worked fine. The design is nice because it allows the faucet to swing away from the sink, providing more room to work. The gooseneck springy part is also nice because it avoids the flakiness of a retractable hose - the main reason I replaced a similar model.
