Does its job well, quality materials, pleased over all. The extensions aren't really needed with my washer anyway, it would be unwieldy with one, let alone both. Made my driveway a much faster project and with more even results.

This thing is a HUGE timesaver! I have a stone patio that is about 500 sq ft and a long sidewalk that I try to keep looking its best by pressure washing. It’s been a few years since I last pressure washed it. I bought this device and it really made a huge difference not only in the time saving category, but also in the final product. It really makes a difference in consistency - meaning the final finish looks the same from block to block. As for timesaving, last time I did this it took me about 3-5 hours. Using this device, it took me only one hour. Amazing.

Overall I would probably give this a 4.5 star rating. I used this on my driveway and it did pretty good at scrubbing but you still need to go back over it with the spray hose on your pressure washer to get the dirt off. It did a pretty good job on my deck and honestly I was nervous about using this on the deck at first but it got the job done and didn’t tear up the wood and was so much faster than anything else I tried.

This pressure washer surface cleaner is the best thing for cleaning my driveway and sidewalk. So I was thinking if I could clean my kitchen rug. So I decided to wash the rug outside on the driveway with the surface cleaner and it was magical. It looked brand new when I was done. I attached a photo when I was 3/4 of the way done cleaning. Didn’t know the rug was that dirty. Cleaning it saved me about $150 because I didn’t have to buy a new rug and it only took me about 10 minutes to clean it. It took a day to drip dry but I was so happy. The money saved not having to buy a new rug paid way more than the surface cleaner did. If I was to purchase another one I would get one with 4 caster wheels and not 3 wheels.

Originally purchased the Karcher surface cleaner without wheels and an all plastic body. Returned it due to being difficult to maneuver and excess pooling of dirty water while cleaning. Purchased this Karcher model and WHAT a difference. This model is easy to maneuver, has an all metal body, two extension wands, and does a much better job of cleaning. Unit appears solidly built. I don't think you will be able to avoid pooling of dirty water while cleaning, but these type units still do a good cleaning job and in a fraction of the time when compared to using just a pressure washer tip. Would highly recommend this particular cleaner.

This product arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I hooked it up to my 3600 PSI Dewalt sprayer and it did a fantastic job! No swirl marks. Easy to push around with the wheels. I never got a drop of water on me! The build quality seemed excellent as well. I would highly recommend this product!

It makes the cleaning of hard surfaces so much quicker and easier. We use it on our Westinghouse 3400 psi pressure washer. It connects easily, has quality construction and brushes and we are very happy with it!

So I'm new to this. I've never used a surface cleaner before. I've rented pressure washers in the past but just bought one, 3400 psi, 2.5 gpm Honda GX/Cat. I did a nice job with this on a concrete patio and sidewalks but a lot of the area I cleaned even had moss on it so I made multiple passes. I got a job without streaks. Some of the surface I cleaned had uneven edges or restricted edges I couldn't get over so I used a turbo nozzle on some of the edges. I'm not certain how this will do getting at the edges without going off them. I think it may be a skill I'll pick up next time I use this. I like having wheels for ease of movement and keeping a uniform distance. No wheels might be easier at the edges since you wouldn't have wheels to roll off the edge. I prefer the wheels anyway. I saw similar cleaners on Amazon with stamped and shaped metal domes which I took to mean their metal was thinner so they needed the corrugations for strength whereas this dome is thick. The bearing looks like it could be disassembled. I was concerned the 2-piece wand was a really a longer wand chopped in two for cheaper shipping and might be wobbly but it worked well. I only used one half of it combined with the 16 inch wand on my pressure washer's gun. I may have even underpowered this as I only read the part of the washer's instructions, later, that say to run it at full throttle. I had mine at half throttle and it did fine with this.

Before purchasing I did all of the research. I considered getting one of the no name type units for less money, but am glad that I went with the Karcher. It's very well made, and I am certain it will last for many years. Having 3 wheels (vs 4) its much easier getting into corners. No comparison vs the non wheeled smaller unit I used before this. Covers so much more area, and having wheels makes it much easier on the body. I'm a picky person and this has exceeded my expectations.

No fault on the sellers but this didn’t attachment to our old Kärcher power washer didn’t fit. We even phoned Kärcher directly for advise. No help. Sadly we had to send it back. Still waiting for a refund. Taking longer than usual. Had to ship back by UPS.
