I've been taking this Magnesium Complex for several months as part of my treatment regimen for atrial fibrillation (AFib) because my magnesium levels were consistently low. It's a bit expensive but it really does help me sleep and it has taken away my leg cramps so I definitely recommend it I can feel the difference.

very good but I only take 1 per night , I start with 2 but gave me diarrhea, cut down to 1 pill and Im fine…maybe now that my body adjust will try 2… So far so good 😊

I’m 55 years old and I’ve been struggling to understand my health for the past 10 years. I love this product.. I have ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia and ra. Before I started this supplement I was waking up 3-4 times a night and moving to different beds in the house trying to find comfort. I started this supplement and the very first night I slept through the night.. I've been taking this every night before bed and within 20 minutes I'm ready for bed . My pain level is easing more almost every day.. I only take one daily.. my husband had noticed I've been sleeping better and wanted to try it.. it worked for him as well but after a week had to stop taking it .. after further investigation I found it interacts negatively with statins.. so be warned.. but I will continue to use this.. thank you Soo much
