Great lights
These lights have been a true quality-of-life improvement in my solar-powered office (which is really just a 10x12 insulated shed on the edge of my property). My power system runs on 12V, and I wanted lighting that I could connect to the DC load circuit on my charge controller (after a fuse box, of course). These were exactly what I was looking for. I only installed four of the six included lights, because I didn't need more than that for perfectly adequate brightness in my 10x12 space. Noting that, power draw is minimal (around 0.1A at 12V on the dimmest setting according to the readout on my charge controller, and about 1A at full brightness, which corroborates the specified 3W rating for each light). The (included) remote control is really nice to have, as I work throughout the space and like to adjust brightness without getting up to operate a physical dimmer. As noted, the lights are easily bright enough for my purpose, and they dim to a very comfortable level for late nights at work in the office. Personally, I despise cool white light, so I only use these on the warmest setting (which the lights remember every time I restore power to them after shutting down the system). My only complaint is that the battery door on the remote opens easily, but given the price and performance of this kit, I can't knock a star for that very minor inconvenience.

So far, for the price it’s a steal!
First of all, this product does come with a remote- I saw a couple reviews stating it did not. I was hesitant when I first received them, as I took one out of the box and tested it by itself and the remote control function was a little iffy. I figured since the holes will already be cut and all it takes is undoing a wire-nut to switch them out, I might as well install them and see how they run connected in a circuit. Check out the video, they are much brighter than I was planning! Which is a good thing. The install was fairly simple, but on two of the lights I had to re-bend the tension springs on the side since putting them into the hole flattened them out. Took a second and they still fit perfectly, no chance of falling out. The install was VERY straightforward- on the back of each puck it states that they have indiscriminating polarity. It’s still a good idea to wire them the same on each puck- the easiest way to do it is to look at each wire after you have separated them. One is plain, the other has grey lines down it. I used the lined one as my “positive” side, no issues. The remote is an awesome feature. Since hooking them all up and testing it in place, I’ve had zero issues with the remote. I like to keep the color temperature warmer since it makes the wood interior of the camper feel more cabinesque, but the cooler color will definitely have its applications! The brightness differential is pretty substantial as well. Full brightness is perfect for my applications, and for night time the low setting is great to limit light pollution through the windows. Side note: I have 4 lights connected to one light switch, and the other two connected to another light switch. It makes no difference to the remote. ALSO the lights remember their previous setting. Turning off the switches, the light will return to the temperature/brightness setting as soon as it is clicked back on.

Awesome RV find!
This product is pretty awesome, other than me having an issue with one of the 6 lights, it was still an awesome purchase! Con: one of the lights wouldn’t turn off and remained on 100% brightness, remote would not work on this specific light and unfortunately due to being in a rv there was not a light switch. We tried taking it off and reinstalling again but the issue remained. Pro: if you’re in a RV you know the yellowish lights are horrendous to look at it and not necessarily a lot of light. This product offers a modern exterior look, completely flush, has a remote which controls brightness and the 3 color options of daylight and bright white. I plan to purchase another set in the future for our toy hauler room, fingers crossed I don’t have the same issue again!

Great 12v lighting in a compact form with remote !
The lights installed easily, and the remote connected without any issues. I installed them around the dinette to provide floor lighting in a path from the bed to the bathroom. Color temperature and brightness adjusted easily and remembered the last setting. Two and a half inch hole saw worked great for the installation. Lights look nice and blend in well with the decor. I keep the remote by the bed. I recommend these to anyone needing subtle lighting. Very nice product !

Perfect van lighting
These lights are very easy to install and replace. My favorite feature of these lights is the white to warm light feature while dimming. With only 5 of these small lights it brightens up the space perfectly! Unfortunately one of our lights was not working, and it was past the 3 month return window. Fortunately this company is AMAZING, and so easy to work with! I contacted them through Amazon, asking for an email and with only 2 emails they sent me a replacement light and extras incase of a burn out in the future. I haven’t noticed the lights over heating like some reviews have mentioned. Having a company that is reliable and backs their products is so nice! I will definitely use them in the future!

Unreliable Operation after Working For Months
Edit: lights were found to have a poor wire lead connection within the housing. I repaired and now they function as expected. The lights have stopped reliably coming on/off with the remote. Some come on some don’t, one lamp has a lead that will see the lamp come on/off by wiggling the lead at the lamp housing. When working they were fine. Edit: so, I explored more with the intermittent lead. The housing back will unscrew from the front allowing access to the circuit board. The circuit board is adhered to the back with adhesive but the lead wires are accessible. I found the lead wire to be broken from the circuit board and re-soldered the lead. Tested the lamp and it worked post soldering, re-attached the lamp to the other 5 lamps and the complete string now responds to the remote. Hindsight I’d put a lump of urethane adhesive on the lead coming out of the housing as strain relief. Update: a few years later and now one lamp has failed, I don’t find a lead wire issue and only that the lamp has stopped functioning. At this point I suppose my recourse is to buy another six of these since I can’t find a way to contact the mfr.

Great quality but flickering!
These function great with the remote and are stylish. That said the flickering can be very mild, or intensely irritating. These are run in an RV with a 12VDC lithium battery bank. All 6 of these lights together only use 2-20watts depending on brightness. That said, depending on your electrical system you'll have varying degrees of flickering. When only the lights are on they flicker badly, but when there's other loads on the system (fan, fridge, etc) the flickering may cease entirely. So this could be called a power supply issue, but these are designed to work with a 12V battery system. That means they should have built in voltage regulators to prevent that (not an issue for power supplies from wall outlets). It seems there is no easy straightforward regulator to put in line with the system. Most people attach a DC-DC voltage converter and set both input and output to 12V. Can be expensive and wasteful for a battery powered system. I want to love these lights. I'd pay twice as much for better electronics! Please if anyone gets this message make an upgrade or simple inline solution! Thank you

Very bright lights
These are great additions to my Boler travel trailer. They are very bright! I have 2 in the rear and 4 up front and they are almost too bright for the small space. I'm not sure if I can put a dimmer on them but that might be nice. They install very easily but they don't stay in very well. I will need to add a couple squirts of slicone to "glue" them in place.
