I must have looked at the ingredients of around two dozen different brands of highly rated coconut milk powders and this was the ONLY ONE I could find without Maltodextrin in it!! I looked at reviews on the ones that had no ingredient listings (why?) and every time...reviewers mentioned Maltodextrin!! If you look up the research on Maltodextrin you do not want to consume it regularly as Maltodextrin is used as an anti-clumping agent that spikes your blood sugar worse than pure sugar and is bad for your gut bacteria/biome. I wanted a pure, organic coconut powder I could use in the "Healthy Matcha-Coconut Latte Powdered Mix" I concocted for my daily drinking, and this is perfection! No off-putting "soapy" flavors as some brands had complaints of. Sure it is a little clumpier WITHOUT any chemical additives, but it mixed in with the other dry ingredients easily, dissolves easily, is super creamy, naturally sweet, and it's DELICIOUS! Great coconut flavor, and over ice...amazing! NO ADDITIVES of any kind, and I'll tell you, I looked at the ingredient listings of dozens of the coconut powders available and YIKES!! This is ONLY PURE, ORGANIC coconut milk powder, no fillers, no chemicals, no sweeteners, no additives, and NO Maltodextrin!! For what it's worth, it is hands down the best tasting coconut milk powder I've ever used and I love that there is nothing in it that I don't want!

Absolutely delicious, this even blends in cold coconut water. And bonus, no maltodextrin, just 1 ingredient coconut!!

Great product. Mixes in and dissolves well in hot liquids. (Better than others I have tried previously. Doesn’t leave big, undissolvable lumps floating after mixing.) Adds a nice, subtle coconut flavor with a hint of sweetness. Great mixed in with my morning mushroom coffee

Pure coconut with no dextrin added. Tastes like coconut. Doesn’t clump when mixed. A little more costly than others, but again there are no additives.

Dissolves too fast and too easily to be pure coconut milk powder, like it may have an emulsifier. It also tastes like there may be some additives. I’m guessing there is something more than just coconut milk here. I’ve never had issues with coconut, coconut milk or cream but this powder also caused a slight stomach discomfort. I’ve cancelled my subscription.

After reading a few reviews about the harmful ingredients in all other brands this is the only one I found without maltodextrin which is a common food additive used as a thickener, sweetener, stabilizer, bulking agent, and preservative. This powder is super light and mixes instantly with beverages making it easy to get the wonderful coconut flavor and benefits we love.

This coconut milk powder tastes great, dissolves well, and smells good. However, it’s quite sweet, which makes me question its purity. I wouldn’t use it for recipes needing pure coconut, but it’s great for sweet dishes or as a coffee creamer. Likely not keto-friendly.
