A good product
Used many times before this product continues to give good and lasting results on a slate floor.

Good stuff
Good stuff. The liquid dries leaving a waxy sheen to seal the tiles on shower wall and bathroom floor. Time will tell how long it lasts but it's so easy to apply I won't mind adding it to the cleaning regime from time to time. Tip. Use a small sponge roller to apply pushing up the wall from the bottom. Apply three times before it dries to get maximum soaking in to travertine or porous tiles.

Amazing sealant - so easy to use
I've used this on lots of different surfaces - slate, terracotta. It goes on so easily and you can see the difference.

Simply superb
I,ve been a Mason now for over 35 years and have always been willing to try a new product , though to be honest I normally do stick with LTP , I managed to get my hands on some rare Cornish slate for a sunroom floor and needed a special sealant that would both enhance and protect these old tiles , I ran a sealant test on a spare tile and was amazed at the finish and depth of penetration the sealant provided , the finished job looks amazing , however I would note that just simply liberally applying the sealant is not enough , one has to be careful not to overload unevenly , so experience is really necessary , overall , simply superb.

Gives a brilliant finish
Used it on Limestone flooring tiles in hall kitchen dining room and utlity area. Make sure tiles are ultra clean i used LTP grime remover and a stiff broom and left to dry for a day and night. Three coats one way and then two other direction with a decent sized paint brush. Each coat about an hour apart. Keep windows open it can get a bit heady. The floor honestly now looks top notch all the time and that includes when three dogs have been all over it. Maybe it would still look good with less coats but i can assure you 5 looks the business and would be perfect for say a pub or restaurant with heavy footfall in all weathers. We clean it also with the LTP floor cleaner but it never looks dirty and any brand would do i would think. Yes i fully recommend the product.
