This toaster oven is less then 1 star, when it arrived, i took it out of the box, plugged it in and the heating elements did not get hot, it is very cheaply made and I would NOT recommend this Toaster oven it it was the last thing avail, save your money and purchase something nicer, the rack is connected to the oven so you cant take the rack out to clean it and the pan that it comes with is flimsy and cheap, not to mention the Sellers have very poor communication skills, took me almost 2 weeks to get any kind of results, stay away from this seller! they have no contact number to call and they only respond via email and sometimes you don't hear back from them for days which is a huge RED FLAG! Buyer Beware

Look elsewhere for a toaster oven. We bought one for a gift and it was just fine. My grandma wanted a second one for herself. The second one had door was broken and would not stay shut. You obviously cannot use a toaster oven with the door open. Of course, she has an absolute meltdown because they want their busted toaster oven shipped back to them via UPS. Look at the other reviews, there is a reason that the stars are so low. I guess they did issue my refund but simply not worth the hassle for a low $$ item. No it was not broken in transit either, I'm sure.

Does not toast/cook products evenly. You have to constantly monitor and rotate the food or else it’ll burn.
