Matte Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Anti Glare Tempered Glass Guard (Easy Applicator Included)

Installed on a Galaxy S24 Ultra. A word on installation, which might explain other reviews and clarify this one. You need to remove the dust from your phone screen before you install this protector - or any protector. All of it. Every speck. Otherwise the protector will stand clear of the screen and prevent the adhesive from filling the gap between screen and protector, visible in the photos on some reviews. This is common to all installations, not just this one and if a speck does appear under the screen, you can sometimes gently lift one edge and use the provided sticky removal strip to remove it, but best to not have one in the first place - the number of times you can lift the screen without damaging it or compromising the installation is finite, meaning you may get one chance. Second related point, it helps to have a provided template to position the screen accurately on the phone. This system is one of the best I've used, and I've installed conservatively a couple of dozen protectors over the years, at least. Like all of the others, it helps to follow the instructions. Take your phone out of the case, have a well-lit, dust-free area with the phone on a protected and padded flat surface, and clean it. Well. Apply the screen as instructed. READ the instructions, and take your time. This one took a couple of minutes and installed perfectly. Thirdly, addressing some observations by other users, this is a matte screen. It reduces glare, and this one accomplishes that very well. It also reduces fingerprints, but does NOT eliminate them. You can still smudge the surface, and you need to clean it like any other phone screen. It will also scratch, just like any other tempered glass protector, with a hard enough object. And it can break. This, by the way, is what it's designed for, so these thing don't happen to your expensive and non-removable phone screen. And just like any other screen protector, after installation you need to remove and re-add any fingerprint lock you have already installed, and for good measure add a couple more. And under "Display" in your phone setup, you need to have "Touch sensitivity" checked. Just like with any other screen protector. Samsung phones are noteworthy in sometimes having difficulty reading fingerprints. Adding a screen protector makes it worse. In the case of this one, it works as well as any other glass protector, and better than most. Be sure your finger/thumb is moist, follow the onscreen prompts, pay attention to the popup messages and again add more than one fingerprint. Fingerprint security 101, on any device, with any protector. You'll also notice a slight gap of about 1/16" around the edges once installed. That's so a case will fit over it easily, and not impinge on or dislodge the protector. Like any other case-friendly screen protector. And it doesn't affect the ability of the screen to protect your device in the slightest, and simple daily cleaning that anyone should do, every day, keeps away dust and debris. With all of the above, this is an outstanding matte tempered glass protector, easy to install with one of the best installation systems around. Highly recommended.

Great Screen protector. Nice smooth texture. Easily viewable content on screen even in direct sunlight, decreasing glare. Also very easy installation process. The only con I have is the screen protector not aligning fully around the camera cutout, it doesn't affect camera quality but just something I noticed on two screen protectors I purchased recently. Otherwise probably one of the best matte screen protectors on the market.

I don't like this protector AT ALL. Fingerprint does technically work, but you'll go from instant on first time every time, to try 3 or more times and maybe sometimes one will work. Still, it does work sometimes, which is better than other glass protectors I've used, which were not compatible at all. Glare is worse. Far worse. Point sources of light are not diminished at all, and as soon as you put it on, your entire screen gets seems to glow because it diffuses all incoming light across the whole screen. Outdoors is nearly impossible to read the screen. You'll have to turn up your brightness to compensate, and your image quality will suffer all the time. Blacks are no longer black. Everything is grey and blurry. It's thick, so if you have a case with a lip around the screen to help prevent contact when the screen is placed face down, this will eat up all of that gap and make contact with surfaces. I see this wearing out quick. Installation was fairly easy, no bubbles, perfect alignment first time. That's the only thing they did right. It's super easy to get a perfect install of a protector that you will wish you didn't install as soon as it's on. I have been using this for several days now, trying desperately to get used to it, and I just can't. It just makes me more and more angry every time I see it.

I have bought two of these because after applying the first matte protector I wanted another as a back up. They look great, resist fingerprints, and the fingerprint sensor works. In regards to the fingerprint sensor, you first have to delete your prior fingerprints, next you have to turn on touch sensitivity, lastly you need to use two fingerprints for each finger. My ultra allows multiple prints to be used so i have found that this increases the speed at which the print is identified. I do this regardless of what protector i have or dont have. My only issue is with the proximity sensor thats by the ear piece. Currently its not working properly because of the protector. I don't know if its my fault because of alignment around the top camera but I'm not willing to take this off to find out. This feature is used to turn screen off and on while taking calls and hanging up. It prevents touches while in call. It was working before so its not my phone. This is why other screen protectors have that notch cut out above the screen camera, that's where its at. But i hate that look and chose the punch hole protector. All of Samsungs official protectors from them have the notch, hence why that is so. Anyway its still a nice, easy to apply, and worth the money protector. Also its known that darker screen protectors interfere with the sensor more that clear protectors if thats a concern for you, but matte looks amazing.

I came across matte screen protectors when I started being sick of the normal ones that reflect light and despite opinions being on the fence between life changing and not worth it. I bit the bullet and my god its AMAZING. I don't have any trouble using this in any amount of lighting at all and its so less annoying to use outdoors. This protector from magglass came with an installer and was very easy to install also the fit is PERFECT all around, all symmetrical. However, fingerprint sensing is a little troublesome as it often doesnt recognize mine despite resetting them after installing the protector, I still use face recogn. more so its alright. I had one bubble but it was very easy to squeeze out, I used the top edge/tab of the installer itself lol.

it's almost great. the screen protector itself is exactly what I wanted - matte, fingerprint resistance, smooth feel. but the alignment (even with their guide) is not great. I bought one, installed it, but part of the camera cutout covered the front camera. I'm a little OCD about stuff like that, so I bought a second one and it's just a bit crooked. each time I used their plastic guide to install and each time it's just okay. if you're OCD about that kind of stuff like I am, it might bug you. but otherwise, it's a quality screen protector.

Feels nice and looks nice... EXCEPT for a spot without advesive on the underside. I should add, I worked for Best Buy for a number of years, so I know very well how to install a screen shield. The installation toolkit was very good, even better than more upmarket shields like Zagg, but the shiny blotch left by the bad adhesive takes what feels, otherwise, like a perfect 10, to a sad little 5. I'll reevaluate this review depending on how smoothly the interaction goes with customer service. Again, I want to underscore there's no dust and the screen has been pressed down firmly and all air bubbles removed. I've done this a million times, and this one went flawlessly, as most others do. As long as their customer service is supportive though, and you have a tolerance for dealing with replacement and returned items online, then I would say this is a very good product. It's hard to find an actual glass matte screen protector.

Absolutely Amazing, Reviews about Finger Prints not working are false (just delete and reregister). It's a solid upgrade over flimsy mette protectors. No bubbles whatsoever. No shiny screen with solid protection. However . Would love to have 2pk for future replacement.

He usado varias micas para mi s24 ultra, pero esta vez me anime por una mate, he comprado ugreen, compre otras 2 marcas, pero no me gustaba que el celular se viera más brilloso, tampoco me gustaba que se viera opaco, decidí comprarle una mica mate, pero habia pocas opciones y esta tenia poca calificación, pero decidí probar, diré que la aplicación fue muy sencilla, en las otras marcas quedaban algunas pelusas, en esta no, el mate se ve como yo quería, un mate que protege de reflejos, obviamente los colores terminan cambiando un poco, pero en lo personal es lo que buscaba, ese efecto mate en mi celular, puedo decir que si buscas una mica mate, esta es una buena opción, en cuanto al sensor de la huella en pantalla al menos para el s24 ultra funciona como con otras micas, tarda un poco más pero funciona, en lo personal ya me acostumbré, no es la gran diferencia, lo recomiendo totalmente

Es ist mittlerweile meine 3. Folie. Ich habe mich bewusst dafür entschieden an meinem Smartphone kein fettes Bumper-Case zu nutzen sondern ein Aramid-Case und passend dazu wollte ich ein sleek aussehendes mattes Glas. Gut ist... ... dass die Folie bei den ersten beiden Lieferungen wirklich matt war. Das Gesamte Smartphone war schön anzuschauen, keine Fingerabdrücke auf dem Display, der Fingerabdrucksensor funktioniert (meistens) einwandfrei. Auch das Anbringen ohne Blasen sowie das beiliegende Set ist einfach und umfangreich. Insgesamt ein wirkliches Upgrade. Dafür gibt es 5 Sterne. Schlecht ist.. ... dass die Folie recht "klein" ist und zu den Rändern hin noch sehr viel Platz ist. Vielleicht und vermutlich für die ganzen 5 Euro Silikon-bumper-case Nutzer, die lieber einen Backstein um ihr Smartphone nutzen. Ändert nichts an der Tatsache, dass wirklich noch viel Platz bleibt. 1/2 Stern Abzug dafür. ... dass der Fingerabdrucksensor nur dann funktioniert, wenn man keine staubtrockenen Finger hat. Sobald das der Fall ist, war ich mehrfach gezwungen stattdessen die PIN einzugeben. 1/2 Stern Abzug auch hierfür. ... das die Folien in der Herstellung massive Schwankungen haben. Einerseits wegen der Entspiegelung (die letzte Folie war weniger matt als die ersten beiden) und auch von der Kantenqualität bzw der Abrundung. Da ich das Smartphone mit Gesten nutze und vom Bildschirmrand nach innen wische, habe ich immer die wirklich unangenehme Kante des Glases gemerkt. Jetzt, bei der letzten Folie die weniger matt ist ist aber auch gleichzeitig die Kante deutlich abgerundeter. Am Ende bekommt man keine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Für beide Probleme jeweils 1/2 Stern Abzug, insgesamt 1 Stern. Bis hierhin "geschenkt" und trotzdem noch ein gutes Produkt. Jetzt zu dem No-Go. Katastrophal ist... ... dass die Folie bei Berührung an den Glas- bzw. Folienrändern mit härteren Gegenständen SOFORT Risse bekommt und "abplatzt". Wir reden nicht von Stürzen, sondern von in meinen Augen normalen Berührungen wenn man das Handy in der Hand hält oder irgendwo ablegt oder in der Hose irgendwo gegen eine härtere Kante kommt. Ja, ein Bumper-Case könnte hier helfen die Kante der Folie zu schützen, aber Designtechnisch ist das für mich keine Option. Dafür gibt es auch 1 Stern Abzug. Es wird meine letzte Folie sein. Weil ich keine Lust habe auf Lotto spielen und auch die Empfindlichkeit der Folie für mich nicht tragbar ist.

First. This thing is easy to install. Second. The screen protector cuts down on glare and fingerprints. Also, colors seem to look vivid as if painted instead of looking at a screen. I would definitely purchase again. Also, does not interfere with the fingerprint reader.
