Really happy with the BonKaso water dispenser. It looks stylish in maroon and works perfectly, giving both hot and cold water quickly , machine has absolutely no noise while working . The built in refrigerator is super useful for storing drinks. Easy to use and reliable. Great value for money definitely recommend it to anyone needing a water dispenser which is easy to use and absolutely no leakages like traditional cans. Very comfortable to use.

I’m highly disappointed with your water dispenser service. The product is giving trouble from day one — leaking, no proper cooling, and making noise like a tractor. I’ve raised complaints, but no proper response. What’s going on? Is this how you treat customers?Frankly speaking, this is not expected from a reputed brand. Please don't make me run pillar to post. Kindly resolve this immediately, or I’ll be forced to take this matter further.

Very amazing product. It has Good Built quality with superb functions. Very nice cooling. Easy to use and eco-friendly.It can be adjusted anywhere in our rooms. The Hot water dispenser has a childlock too which is a very good function specially to protect children from Hot water.The Cooling cabinet is spacious and has a good cooling experience. Easy and affordable machine.Good for Hostelers and PG residents for all time.I recommend all to buy this product.

Very bad product don't go for it... It's worthless within a couple of days it's not working....😡and the main problem is their is not having any executive number the company is not providing any agent number or executive number to resolve the issue.....right now I'm very upset on this company i will use the case on these fake and waste company

The product came in amazing packing and the overall body of the product is pretty sturdy.The ease of use is pretty generic and it comes witha guide to explain and install product. Though the product is plug and play.I am using it with 20 litre water bottle and, the water has three options cold hot and mix.It has warning for hot water and i really like the cold storage underneath.

I recently purchased this water dispenser from Amazon, and after using it for 10 days, I am quite disappointed with its performance. The dispenser offers three options: hot, normal, and cold water. While we primarily use the normal and cold water options, both settings dispense only cold water. This defeats the purpose of having a "normal" water option, which should ideally provide room temperature water.The malfunction with the normal and cold settings is quite frustrating. I was hoping for a convenient solution for different water temperatures, but this product has not met my expectations.I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue soon. If you're looking for a reliable water dispenser with distinct temperature settings, I would recommend looking for other options
