I am SO pleased !!

Bought for a birthday gift for a friend with our picture on it… Unfortunately I don’t have a picture because I already gave it to her. She loves it!! Quality was so good and such a great price. I will buy again!!

Bad customer service

The overall plaque quality is very nice. But, as you can see, the writing is not straight at all. I contacted the seller and was sent a $5.50 refund which does not even cover the cost of my postage. I didn’t agree to this. I didn’t want to send it back because it was for a gift, which arrived late as it was. My young granddaughter loved it, but I was embarrassed to give her something looking so off. My total costs was over $25. I recently asked for a replacement, but did not hear back from them. Next, I will contact Amazon.
