Just wondering about the taste. im sure its not like cocoa puff cereal, but hoping the taste would be close. does it really have a chocolate flavor?

It definitely has chocolate flavor. Theres an artificial sweetener aftertaste but its not too bad. Its by far the best low carb cereal we have tried.

Does this cereal have 4g of carbs or 8? The nutrition panel says 8

Great question! The 4g listed on the face of the box are NET CARBS. Which means effective carbs your body will metabolize. The formula to figure out net carbs is carbs minus fiber. So, 8g of carbs minus 4g of fiber = 4g of net carbs.

is this really worth the $

If you don’t have soy allergies maybe give it a go. While the size is super small the taste was really good and super crunchy like regular cereal. It’s just expensive.
