Carhartt Men's Firm Duck Flat Brim Cap

Great hat

I love the hat I have a large head very hard to find hats that are proportional I never really got it right for some reason I finally had to get my wife to look and judge sorry maybe sad but true anyways, we were shopping at "Blains Farm & Fleet" and found a gray (gravel) Carhartt duck canvas hat big l love duck canvas tried on got the wife to look said it fit sold $40.00 alo I know I'm kinda use to buying carhartt even when some of it was made in the USA also prior I was hat shopping at "Dicks" found a "47" Bears (Adult) hat Never seen that adult bit before . got the wife she approved the fit $40.00 ouch. Back to the point after 2 hats I go on Amazon's site carhartt duck hat 3 colors $24.00 already got the wife's approval. There's MORE their called flat brimmed hats not a fan. The one at Blains hat a slight arc in it . the picture on Amazon looks flat I order it any I know it's a plastic brim I can add a little arc to it by heating it.. Off to u tube a very cool black kid has it down cold says to use a steamer . Off to walmart. "Hamilton Beach" $22.00.. Finding the correct radius to mold on (for my taste.. Wife too) 5qt stainless steel soup pot (clean) got er done. Nothing's easy and nothing's free.. Thank you Amazon for the soapbox and great value I would recommend this hat..

I have gotten about 5 of these hats and I haven't regretted it a single time. The only reason I've gotten so many is from heavy outdoor use which ends up sunbleaching them but that has happened with every hat I've owned. These fit pretty much any size head and hold up through whatever kind of beating you can offer; it's really well made and very solid materials. It's very comfortable and wicks sweat away from my brow although it is a little warm in the direct sun. Nothing to deter me from buying it again though. I definitley recommend!

I bought this for my husband as a work hat. He likes it a lot the only thing he had a problem with is that it's a very deep hat so it comes down on his ears really far. Other than that he loves everything else about it. I've washed it two times now have not tried it. It held up really well both times that I washed it. However I did put it in a hat form. It is a very thick material. He said that it is comfortable over all except for the depth of the hat. There's not much to the inner lining but that is held up great as well.

Good quality hat, it's a little larger than a normal cap. FYI. Compared to a new era 5950 it's even larger but very durable and good to block sun for working outdoors. Wear a handkerchief inside the hat. If you don't want your sweat to stay in the cap. Sweat will change the color.

Good hat! Good quality, as per usual from Carhartt. I got the Dusty Olive and my only gripe is the brim appears to be more of a dark teal in the advertised pictures, but in reality it’s much more navy. Still like it, but just a little off from the picture.

Quality of the hat was in poor shape. Several dents on the front of the hat that makes the hat look bad. Even with pressure creases and dents would hold shape. Would not purchase from this seller again

These are some of the nicest hats that I have owned. And there is a definite step up in quailty, from other hats.

Stylish and functional, looks cool and keeps the sun out of my eyes. The sweatband whisks sweat away from your forehead nicely. I like the stiffness of the hat as it maintains its form. Nothing pisses me off more than a hat that doesn't retain its shape. Also they are a decent price where as the price on other hats have become ridiculous... hats shouldn't cost $50-$60 dollars.
