Hi, Hope this helps, BD-R SL discs are write once, single layer. Use a good disc authoring program, like Nero Burning Rom. You can only write a Multisession disc. Click on Blu-ray (UDF), click multisession tab, select start multisession disc. Burn at 4x speed, disc are 6x speed, that make sure you get a good write at slower speed, also check Verify data, make sure Finalize disc IS NOT CHECKED. Multisession leaves gaps between each session, writing a disc in one go, makes a better disc. When you put the last bit of data on about 22GB’s finalize the disc, so if it’s video you can play it on your Blu-ray player, most Blu-ray players are guaranteed to play MP4 file at H.264 (HD), MKV files don’t always play in Blu-ray players, if you change the file extension from .MKV to .MP4 that often works. If you have a 4K Blu-ray player it will play higher spec. MP4 file at H.265 (HEVC), which won‘t play on a standard Blu-ray player. Both Blu-ray players can also play lower standard res formats like MPEG, MPG, MPEG2, XviD, TS, best look at your players manual, you can also try video format on a stick, on the player first to see if it plays. Very good disc's

I've been using this make of disc's for many years not only the blank blu-ray one's but the blank dvd's and cd's. They are a very good make, very reliable and straight forward to use at a good price to. I did notice in one of the reviews saying that they don't work, well I don't know what that particular person is trying to use them on but they clearly haven't a clue about the disc burning process at all. These disc's definitely work and they give good results all round. I would highly recommend these disc's and the other types of disc's that this company make.

Qualità del prodotto: I dischi Verbatim BD-R 25GB 6X sono di alta qualità, con una superficie di registrazione eccellente. Non ho riscontrato alcun problema di scrittura o lettura. Velocità di scrittura: Anche se supportano fino a 6x, personalmente li registro a 4x per una maggiore sicurezza e affidabilità. Finora, tutti i dischi hanno funzionato perfettamente. Affidabilità: Ho usato diversi dischi per archiviare dati importanti e non ho mai avuto problemi con la perdita di dati o dischi difettosi. Combinación perfecta grabadora, discos y aplicación

Quería guardar archivos cuyo contenido no va a cambiar, por lo que quería guardarlos de forma permanente. Tras ver varias opciones, me decidí por estos discos (Verbatim BD-R Blu-Ray 25GB 6x Speed Datalife) y por una grabadora: techPulse120 - Grabador Externo USB 3.1 Type-C (UHD BLU-Ray, CD DVD de Aluminio, para Ordenador, Windows macOS Deluxe Paket, Color Gris. Como aplicación de grabación he utilizado BurnAware Free versión 18.9 compilada el 3-9-2025. En los discos que he grabado no he tenido ningún problema. Durante la grabación, por seguridad por si se pudiera interrumpir el proceso, no he hecho ninguna acción con el ordenador.
