Surprised by flavor!
I am ordering more!!!! These are good actually. They’re do not have an after taste or off putting flavor. It’s a regular sugar stick with saffron, I add it to my hot tea and yum 😋 Value is wonderful. Jump on it before the price increases.

Better than lollipop
Excellent flavor when it’s added in the earl gray tea when it’s freshly brewed or tea bag. Also if you have upset stomach with a stick of cinnamon if you would like, plus the benefit of the saffron that is in it. Me and family just love it, we know you will enjoy it too. Better than lollipop.

Very good!
These are really nice! However, I have ordered these twice, and some of the rock candy had a cloudy appearance and some were more clear than others. They all tasted very good, though.

Excellent product
The product is everything it was advertised to be. HOWEVER... Amazon managed to throw these into a bag and the packaging of the seller was crushed and busted. Is a miracle I did not get a pulverized product.

EUPHERBIA Saffron Rock Candy Sticks
When I was a child (seemingly a million years ago!), my mum introduced me to saffron candy - it was her favourite. The flavour was wonderful. I have only seen saffron candy a few times over the intervening decades. So, when I saw this, I jumped at the chance to re-live the wonderful subtle flavour! Mmmm....so good! The nice thing about this candy is that it does not use glucose - which is a derivitive of wheat manufacturing - people with gluten sensitivies or gluten intolerance (such as myself) can enjoy this awesome candy with no fear of getting ill.

The box was opened and the seal was broken!
The box looked as if it was opened and returned! Crumpled everywhere and the lid was open with the sugar crystals falling out of it. I bought it for a gift and now I can’t even return it to get a new one. Awful, not buying again.

They taste pretty good, and work well with some teas.
So I think these are pretty nice little candy sticks. I’ve really only been eating these, and haven’t really been eating them with tea. Though I’ve tried it, and I think it’s pretty nice too. It has a pretty earthy taste, which personally I don’t really mind, The only thing that I don’t like about them is that they have saffron strings on them. If you’re just eating them it’s kind of annoying and feels like you have floss in your mouth, but if you mix these in your tea, I doubt you’ll have this issue, unless you accidentally drink the saffron sticks. The other thing that I found is an issue is when you’re using them with tea. If you only like a little bit of sugar in your tea, and are planning on substituting sugar with these, there’s a good chance that you’re going to get way more sugar than you’re expecting. The sugar crystals tend to fall off the sticks, giving you a huge chunk of sugar in your tea, rather than just a little bit of sugar. I think for $16 they’re fine. They taste pretty good (though I don’t think kids will like them), and look nice too. They’re really nice for guests, and I think it gives tea a little bit of flare, if that’s what you’re looking for.
