This machine froths really well, particularly with whole (rather than semi skimmed) milk. Easy to unpack and get going, easy to use. Milk jug has room to froth a decent quantity of milk. Jug cleans in dishwasher so easy clean

This is all you need to make your coffee taste so much better. It is realy quiet and very quick. It can easily make 2 large sized lattes/cappuccinos and you can run in 2 time in a row if heating. After the 2nd run the fan will run for a few minutes until it cools down. If you accidently use off milk it will be very apparent. Even with instant coffee this thing rules. It loses a star as the top rim is made of plastic with a chrome paint that will come off fairly quickly. It does not affect performance, but does not look great. On the cream coloured one I peeled off all the silver flaky paint to take it down to the grey plastic and it looks a lot better. They should not have tried making it look shiny like this. It takes about 2 minutes, so I start milk, grind tamp pour and the times are good for 2 large foamy smooth lattes. It does do hot chocolate, but I don't. :D Tried it once, and its good at that too, but does get messy :D

It's smeg it works extremely well i do my breakfasts chi latte with oatmilk every morning never let me down had many settings for hot warm and cold so happy

This is an awesome piece of kit!!!! So easy to use and clean! Saves me a lot of time in the morning, I take a flask of coffee to work with me and so it pays for itself in so many ways. I would definitely recommend to others!!!!!

I have most Smeg products, but this one let me down. Not sure if I was just unlucky, but noisy and didn't heat the milk...very disappointed 😕

This is the best milk frother I have purchased. Not only does it make the best coconut lattes there is also a hot chocolate function too. This machine makes the smoothest hot chocolate I have ever had and you can experiment with delicious flavors

Fantastic frothy milk for hot chocolate. But we use it with instant coffee. Its utterly brilliant

I've many Smeg products and they are great but, as other customers have mentioned, this one was disappointing, I've tried with different kinds of milk but the foam is very little or inexistent. I've the same frother in an apartment in Spain and works perfectly fine, just out of curiosity I'd like to know if there is some issue with UAE voltage?
