Looks like metal, Works & Cheap!
It didn't cost very much it looks just like metal it was cheap and after hung you couldn't tell a difference between metal and plastic. So why pay an extra $5-$6 more for a metal one? Just a hint, I used a little super glue just to make sure that it would stay secure on the top after adhering the nails in to secure! Now as long as it doesn't melt, because where I live it gets so super ridiculously hot, the sun even melts some street signs & rearview mirrors do not stay attached in cars! Hence my often use of double securing things in advance with super glue! :-)

Holes and nails are too small.
It’s hard to hold the tiny nail and hammer it through the little hole. If a longer nail came with the product that would help.

Not solid plastic
Numbers had a rib around them. So not as thick as shown. Small nails supplied were impossible to nail the letters. Had to buy different nails. Could not hammer nail in all the way due to rib around number. I bought 4 different numbers. Don’t buy. You will spend more time putting them up.

1/4" plastic nails
THat is what you are suppose to nail it in with. Nails are too small to hold and hammer. Used liquid nails instead.
