Cools my work laptop!!
Ever since i started using a laptop in lieu of an actual tower for a workstation, ive noticed how it overheats and affects the performance. It's a dell latitude series that projects to my ultra wide monitor. I bought a cheap laptop cooler which was ok but my laptop still was warm to the touch on the back vents. Now that i've switched to this beast, i only feel warmth on the underside when i check and lift the laptop off the fan. Otherwise when full seal is kept over the placement, the vents blow cool air. I have the cooling set to 500 rpm which is low compared to the max 2800. Cranking up to max rpm is very noisy, so 500 is fine for my work purposes. I've had it for a few days and it is pretty reliable. The underside of the pad has some adjustable legs, but i don't need to use it. Overall, great product for non-gaming performance for old and overheating tech.

Great product
Works great! Money well spent. It does cool my gpu when I play and that’s at half speed. It is loud though, and the button to turn on has not texture or haptic feel

Sturdy, blows cold, loud. 🙌
So far so good! I don’t know about the $90 price tag 💀 but it came with a wall plug so I don’t need to worry about powering it off my already monster of a laptop. It is loud at its highest setting, which I have it at 2800. It actually made it hard to watch TV at the same time. But the air is really cool and at its highest setting you can really feel the fan blowing on the sides of the laptop and underneath it’s also really sturdy so my heavy 18 inch laptop feels really taken care of. It does stick out a little bit on the back end but it again it’s very sturdy.

Works great, can run games noticably better for longer!
I game on a Asus Zephyrus M16 with a 3070 TI and 12th gen i9. And it gets HOT. While I understand that using a gaming laptop is bad, it's all I have and it has worked great for a few years! So here's the good: Cooling: Great. I can notice a performance increase after longer periods of gaming. Control: Pretty good. You can change how fast the fan spins per 100rpm. Which is nice, so I can vary the noise levels. Form factor: Excellent. for me this is perfect it sits the laptop up nicely, allowing air to better circulate. And the bad: The power button is REALLY REALLY difficult to push. I have had it for a few days and I have got to unplugging it and replugging it back in to use it. The noise: this is the be expected, so I wouldn't fault them. But when the fan hits 2800rpm it is AGGRESSIVE. however my headphones drown it out.

works perfect!
Highly impressed, I was online gaming for an hour and this cooler kept my laptop at a pristine temperature! kept the speed at around 900. yes it has a little bit of noise, but I wear noise cancelling headphones and I can't even hear it. worth the investment!

The best thing you can buy to get a massive increase in performance, seriously not clickbait.
im not even joking, this thing is the biggest shift in performance for my laptop. Better than buying a newer laptop, better than ram, better than anything. This single handedly doubled my frames on some of the most demanding pc games out there., from 40-60 to 100-120+ on 1440p. If you're a gamer with a laptop, this is a MUST BUY. It's also super easy to setup, comes with a desk mat and even at max speed, its not too loud. About the same sound as a desk fan but smoother, the build construction is amazing.

Premium cooling pad, with some caveats
I bought this cooling pad after continuously seeing the brand recommended on pc gaming subreddits. It works well and does what it’s meant to do. It also looks and feels solid, and holds laptops well. But there are some caveats. If you want a cooling pad that will cool your laptop and don’t care about noise or other inconveniences, this is probably your best bet. Especially if you tend to play in one place. If you do worry about those inconveniences, read on. These inconveniences can also be positives, in the right light. First, it’s big. This is not a thin, compact, or easily portable cooling pad. I have been hauling it back and forth between work and home, but realistically it’s better suited for people who primarily use their laptop as more of a desktop and don’t take their laptop on the go much. I don’t see myself ever attempting to travel with it. The size is a plus if you want something that feels sturdy and have the space for it. Second, it gets LOUD. Side effect of going up to 2800rpm I suppose, but it starts at 300 and even that is noticeable if you compare when it’s on vs off. At 600 it gets about as loud as when the internal laptop fan(s) are ramping up. I’d say once you get to 1000 it’s at least as loud or louder than if you max out the internal fan speeds. I can’t handle gaming with it set any higher because it’s so distracting. Those higher rpms do get the job done though, if you’re willing to deal with the noise. When my laptop was running hot (92-97C) on Borderlands 4, keeping the pad at 800-1000rpm kept the temps closer to the mid-80s. Third, the pad uses its own power cord. This is a plus mostly, since that means it doesn’t rely on the laptop to power it, so it’s not a drain on the battery and doesn’t cause the laptop to have to work any harder. However the cord isn’t very long, so I’ve found that it just won’t work in some places. It would be nice if it had the option to run off the laptop like some cheap 1-speed cooling pads do. Plus, if you want to make use of the extra USB ports you have to plug it into the laptop anyway via the USB-C to USB cord. Which means it will still be drawing from the laptop. It seems ridiculous that it would need to plug in to the laptop for those ports to work, at least one of them should just work from the cooling pads power. And if it has to plug in anyway, then it should be able to draw power from the laptop for the fan, for situations where there’s no available wall socket in range. In summary, this is a premium cooling pad that seems well suited for gamers who use their laptop as their primary computer and often use it more like a desktop. However, it is loud and poorly optimized for anyone who uses their laptop for gaming as they travel. The reality is, most people will be fine with a cheaper, thinner, quieter cooling pad. Really, if this pad is necessary to keep your temps at a reasonable level, you probably have a thermal paste issue in your laptop. Most laptops just need something, anything, to lift them off the surface so that the heat can dissipate from the bottom.

A cooling pad thay does the job
Great laptop cooler reduces my laptop temps anout 2 to 6 Celsius degrees which helps my laptop maintain high FPS and tempa under 80c depending also on the room temp. Not an extreme change a nice boost and yes fan speed above 600 or 800 gets noisily if you game workout headphones . Currently using razer blade 15 mid 2021 model with RTX 3080 i9 and 32GB ram .

runs on its own power, filters dust, vaccuum seal, manual fan control, very powerful airflow
drops both cpu and gpu temps considerably (i9 14900hx cpu and rtx 4090 laptop gpu), CPU of course will try to draw more power as it cools so it will seem less effective on cpu when looking at the maximum temperature spikes, but the averages while idle and under load will drop heavily nonetheless. very impressive results on GPU, raytraced 1440p gaming & large resolution stable diffusion use never saw it above 70 in the ~10 hours i've so far used it, compared to mid-high 80's when simply raised at the back. have been running this at 600RPM, it goes up to 2800, so if you're okay with more noise you can get even better results. i live in a dusty environment, so the vaccuum seal & dust filtration are a huge plus, and the primary reason i chose this cooler, everything else has just been a pleasant surprise. if you have the rare laptop that vents heat out the bottom, then this is definitely not for you, otherwise absolutely yes, 160 AUD to help insure a 5000 AUD purchase is well worth it.

Top Cooling Pad
My daily Basis Laptop Cooling Pad after looking for so many recommendations online. I have a MSI Crosshair 16 inches and it's just good for it. Definitely reduce the temperatures about 10°C around 1500rpm. Maximum speed of 2400rpm and i just dont mind the sound of the cooling pad bc i used headphones all the time. Makes noise around 1200rpm going up but it's normal for the size of the fan.
