Camera not perfect
This is a lovely phone it charges from flat to full in under 30 mins plus this actually comes with a charging plug which is a rarity with phones nowadays, screen is beautiful and really vivid, my only niggle is the camera especially when you're trying to focus on things close up like macro it can be a bit laggy but it's the only thing that lets it down, the overall picture quality is fabulous even when you zoom in on photos already taken, it also comes with a screen protector and a case which is a bonus and the battery life is brilliant

Very nice model of Xuaimi phone
Very strong blue tooth, I could pick up it's signals to my headphone when I was very far away from it as compared the other well known branded phones.Very fast processors. It has everything that you need eg earset, charger and cable, phone case, instruction and pin for SIM card.Very good picture and quality sound.Very easy to install and to transfer most of the app from the old phone except something very personal like personal bank cards. One thing I think it could be improve is to have the c type fitting earset to fit the phone.it has the normal microphone plug. But it is not bad at all as the earset can be used in the other phones and other devices. I havethe C type adapter to adapt the microphone fitting to this phone at home anyway. It has 2 years warranty too

Excellent value for money!
I’ve been using the Redmi Note 13 Pro for the past three months, and I am genuinely impressed. Coming from a Samsung device, it took me a little time to get used to the UI, but once I got familiar, the phone became very easy to use. It’s packed with features and feels premium without the hefty price tag.The camera quality is outstanding, especially for this price range—crisp, clear shots in all lighting conditions. The battery life is another highlight. With moderate to heavy usage (watching videos, playing games, browsing the web), the phone lasts me from 5 AM until midnight without needing a recharge. And when it does need charging, the 120W charger is a game changer. I can fully charge the phone in just about 40 minutes, and it can boost to 50% in less than 15 minutes, which is incredibly convenient.Storage-wise, the Redmi Note 13 Pro offers ample space. With 512GB, I’ve had no issues with running out of space for my apps, photos, and videos. It’s fast, and transferring data is a breeze. The audio quality is another area where the phone shines. The stereo speakers provide clear and rich sound, making videos and music enjoyable. Even without headphones, the sound output is loud and crisp, with minimal distortion at higher volumes. In terms of performance, it handles everything smoothly, from multitasking to gaming. I also appreciate the screen quality and overall design—it’s a beautiful phone that doesn’t feel bulky. I definitely find this phone superior in terms of battery and camera performance.Overall, this phone is an excellent purchase, especially considering the price. It feels like a flagship without the flagship price. Highly recommended!

Good enough
Overall good phone, sufficient amount of space for data, easy to use, decent sound and pictures. Finger reading works well but not with my current screen protector (my fault bu can't be bothered to change it at the moment) General works well though I have some occasional misgivings but not entirely sure if it's phone or me issues (messed up settings?) Got on offer so bargain.

Best value for money phone
I have had Xiaomi phones for years so I'm used to them and have always found them to be great value for money. Recently their flagship equivalents have become almost as expensive as the leaders so I've had to look for a more affordable option. This phone seems to hit the sweet spot. A very capable phone who's biggest selling point is it's battery and charging. 120w charging allows 0% to 100% charge in 20 mins. And lasts all day with heavy use. Which means in practical terms I never have to schedule charging. Just plug it in a few minutes while I get ready to go out and it's done. The only feature I really wish it had is wireless charging if only to save the USB connector wear. But that's probably the only compromise here. Decent cameras, fast processor, good storage. Great screen brightness and colour though I'm not as fond of the curved screen as I thought I might be. I play a game which fills the screen and occasionally looks a little distorted by the curves at the edge. Not a big problem and it doesn't seem to caused inadvertent touch issues but I would go for a flat screen next time. Set-up was very smooth and quick, copying all my stuff off the old phone. I only wish that my app layout was replicated too. And all the apps didn't need to then be reactivated. But that's maybe just asking too much. I would definitely recommend this phone to family and friends.

Underwhelmed
With all the specs listed you would think what a great phone, however; bad points 1. Overheats with only 5 minutes of use, I can feel the heat in my hand, maybe a special function for winter but unlikely. 2. The battery goes down 1% per minute. So if you use it for 10 minutes you will loose 10% not good. 3. The video recording is a bit laggy. 4. The camera is ok but not as good as you would expect from 200mp could be a rubbish lens. Good points. It's a nice weight. 2. Quick charge (needed due to the way the battery runs away) 3. You get a plug. 4. Screen scroll's nicely. That's it for good points. Purchased during the black Friday sale for £299 but definitely not worth that, would be reasonable at £150 but for me even without the faults it's just underwhelming with nothing there to blow your socks off. My daughter did advise me to stick to a brand, Google pixel, Samsung galaxy, Apple iPhone, as the build quality is far superior and this seems to be true with my daughters iPhone. It has a lower MP camera but better pictures. I know looking at the specs you would think what a bargain at £299 and if it didn't start overheating I would have kept it, but for me and it's only my opinion, I can only stay and remain underwhelmed.
