I use these as a replacement for tea/coffee while I'm working. I have one first thing in the morning, and then one early afternoon around 1pm, works perfectly for me. And then I just drink tap water all day but still have lots of energy. The taste isn't too bad.

These effervescent tablets are superb and incredibly convenient - just pop one into a bottle or cup of water. Taste is pleasant, no chemical aftertaste and give a good steady energy uplift without a crash - highly recommended. They are surprisingly well formulated and feel better than the chemical concoctions of most of liquid energy drinks which are often full of various sugars

Tastes ok. Made me wee wee a lot lot. Probably my body will adjust after a few more drinks.

I think the tabs themselves are alright but when the package came the tube had been broken and moisture had gotten into the tube. This meant all the tabs had stuck together in the bottom of the tube. They had also reset as a giant lump so I think the breakage happened before it was even sent.
