Yep, It's Creatine
Hey, it's creatine. It blends well and tastes like nothing. Not sure why you'd pay more for this than the generic stuff that costs a third less but you do you.

Pure miconized creatine monohydrate
I remember when creatine monohydrate took the workout world by storm. I was a young dude at the time and after it had been around for a while, and after reading that one of the reasons bodybuilders back in the day used to gorge on red meat was they instinctively knew it had something beyond the protein that fueled their fires. That was the creatine. It worked then for me like a charm. The funny thing with creatine is after a while the effects and gains become normalized, and cycling off and then back on doesn't seem to do much. Well, it's been quite a while now since I've used any creatine, so we'll see if the same thing happens. I'm not loading this time but just going 5 grams a day. At that rate, even one month is probably too soon to tell if it's doing what it used to, but in another month I should know. This can of 60 servings (at 5 grams per scoop) is perfect because I think if after two months nothing much is happening (like, it's hard to categorize any two-month lifting period at my age, but I would expect to see an extra pullup or two at least or something similar), then probably it's not worth keeping up with. But if it does, the price is right and so is the purity. I mix it in water and drink it straight down before it gets a chance to settle. It does seem to be micronized, but even still, creatine will settle in a glass of water. You might have to swish a little more in after you're done to get it all.If you're in your twenties, say, and you've never tried creatine, I can't recommend it highly enough.
