Effective Detangler for Curly Hair, But Watch the Portions
This Creme of Nature detangler has been a real win for my teenage daughter who has 3c hair. It’s genuinely effective at tackling even the most stubborn tangles and matted sections, which is exactly what we needed for her curl type. The product delivers on its promises - it detangles really well, moisturizes dry hair beautifully, and leaves her hair looking silky smooth and shiny. The scent is pleasant, and the overall quality feels solid. For 3b-3c type curls specifically, this seems to be a great match, as it works through knots without causing breakage or excessive pulling. However, there’s one important thing to know about this product: it’s very thick, which creates both benefits and challenges. The thick consistency means it has good staying power and really coats the hair to work through tangles. But here’s the catch - once it starts flowing out of the bottle, even though it’s thick, it can come out surprisingly quickly. This became an issue with my daughter, who like most teenagers, has absolutely no concept of portion control when it comes to hair products. The thick formula can be deceiving because you think you’re getting a small amount, but then suddenly you have way more product than you intended. This can lead to waste and also potentially weigh down the hair if you use too much.My advice would be to start with a very small amount and work it through the hair gradually. You can always add more, but it’s harder to deal with over-application. Despite the portion control learning curve, this has become a staple in our routine because it really does work well for her hair type. Just be mindful of how much you’re using, especially if you’re buying this for a teenager who tends to be generous with product application.

It definitely works for me.!!!
Having a head full of mostly white hair ( I’m over 70) that’s always thirsty, and resistant, this is an amazing answer to additional products that I now use on my hair. Grey hair has no pigment so it’s always very fragile, resistant and thirsty. As you age - so does your hair. I just received this product and it smells amazing. It works, not greasy, my natural Grey hair absorbed it instantly.Just what I needed that I now use on my NATURALLY CURLY HAIR..!!My hair thanks this product.!!!

Works well for my chronically tangling hair
I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to this timeI have the type of hair that tangles if the wind blows the wrong way outside, the type of hair that coils around itself if the water is the wrong temperature. My hair love itself and doesn't like to part. I could have just detangled my hair and it goes right back and tangles in on itself 5 minutes later. So I figured this might help with my tangle problem while my hair is in protective styles. Oh boy does it help . I washed my hair and lathered this into sections before twisting my hair (really focusing on the ends). Normally, my hair would tangle after 2 days in the twists; this time it didn't (granted I did have a tangle or two towards the roots but hardly anything through the length of my hair). Also, it doesn't take much for my curls to pop (I could just brush through my hair with water. But this made my curls look really good yet relaxed from the major shrinkage I have. It's not too thick, it smells nice, its inexpensive, and works well. I can't really ask for much more

No rinse detangler, don't even have to wet hair
This is a no rinse hair detangling product that can be applied directly to dry hair and does not have to be rinsed out. I have some really bad rat nests on the back of my head and been looking for a way to get them out without cutting them out. The worst part of this product is the packaging, it is so thick it's really rough to get the product out of it. I suspect they'd do better with a wide fat container rather than this bottle but because it's plastic you can whack it on the counter and shake it violently to help get it to come out. Store the package upside down so that gravity will help you get it out. I have just used this for the first time it has a pleasant smell and it's not overly greasy. I'm working on my hair will post more later it's always best to let products like this "work" a bit before applying the comb. Happy so far. You can spend a lot for products like this I even saw one on amazon that was fifty dollars which would not be my first choice even if the reviews seem to say it works well.

Gets The Knots Out! Great for Matted Hair.
When I discovered Crème of Nature had a knot eliminating detangler that was leave-in, at such an affordable price, I immediately placed my order. I am so very pleased. My knotted tangled hair instantly was softened and made the detangling easy. For any woman with what is called “depression hair” this product will definitely help. Hint: Generously apply the Pure Honey Detangler on misted hair. Use your fingers initially before using detangling combs or brushes.
