Where is this soy sauce made and bottled?

Manufactured and bottled in Hong Kong. If not, I wouldn't use it. Check your dried garlic products. They are likely from China and I stoppyusing them. Shop on Amazon for US grown and processed garlic products. I got Kirkland brand which comes from California. Very good! Cost more but worth it! Store brand garlic powder was causing me GI discomfort. It was produced in China.

does this need refrigeration after opening it?

I am chinese, you don't need to put it in the fridge. It can store a long time. but remember Oyster Sauce need put in the fridge after it open.

Transforming my meals- totally worth it!

This is so delicious! One of my family members taught me a recipe for cucumber salad using this product, sesame oil, and some chili oil. And I love it!! I have had it once a day for the last 2 weeks. I am super excited to see what else I am going to be able to make with this product. It is definitely worth the money; it comes with so much, and the packaging is beautiful. It is sweet with still being salty and gives a beautiful color in what I have used it in.
