This little thing is awesome. Not only do I "spa moment" myself at least once a day, but I have sinus issues and have hung my head over it with a towel to open my sinus.

It gets the towels extremely hot very quickly. The timer is helpful because it turns off when the water is gone if you forgot about it, but if you add more water, you can easily add more time. The tongs aren’t very helpful for the bigger towels I use, but maybe for washcloth size.

I didn’t look closely enough but I thought it was by temperature and not timer. I mainly wanted something cheap since it was for at home facials. But the towels get really hot so I have to figure out the right amount of time it needs to be on. It’s easy to set up and easy to use. Size is perfect for 4 towels, my towels are a little big but I manage to pack it in. For the price it’s fine.

Before purchasing this towel warmer I read the mixed reviews and watched all of the videos. Just like in several of the reviews my towels were barely warming even after 30 minutes! Having thrown away the box (don’t be like me 😕) I listened to the AI generated instructional video, which also did not show it, and asked if I should add water to the base. The chat bot said yes so I did. See video for outcome!

The steamer broken on the 3rd day. The price doesn’t justify the quality.

Extremely good, you can use the steam towel for your face after a wash, or when there is any sort of pain, like in back you massage the area and then use the towel as a hot compressor. Really good, there is temperature control button. 6 towels came free.

Makes my towels nice and hot for cleaning my clients’ feet, but it is a little bit noisy.
