The bowl I received is beautiful! The photos do not depict accurately how green the green is, it's a lovely jade color. The bowl is very large and heavy. My bowl looks like it has one eye in its center, kinda like the Hocus Pocus Book, but a bowl. It looks magical, and it's a very sizeable nice piece of green onyx. You really can get lost in the pattern finding different things that resemble images. I almost didn't order because I was afraid of the variance due to it being a natural stone, but I'm thrilled with the bowl I received! $45 for a ten inch bowl, I'm pleased.

This item arrived very quickly, and was packaged great with no damage. This is a beautiful item that will last a lifetime if taken proper care of. This item will make a wonderful gift for almost any occasion. It is extremely nice. It is very heavy. It has a bottom on it so it will not slide very easy off of the slick surface. Also, so the stone will not scratch a wooden surface. It is heavy and it would not slide easily just because of the weight alone. This bowl looks great where you put it. It has a lot of colors in it and will match almost any surface. I do believe the only color that is not in it is blue. It is just a gorgeous bowl and it is very thick. It is polished to perfection. I am extremely happy with this item, and I would recommend it to anyone that were considering an item like this. You will not go wrong with this one. It is large enough to use as a Fruit bowl. It looks great sitting on the shelf with nothing in it. Could use it to catch odds and ends. The options for use are really endless. It will look beautiful anywhere you put it. This is one of those items that if I could give it more than five stars I would. It is worth every penny of the cost. I do love this and I’m sure it will be a item that is passed down thru the years. Every inch of it is different and amazing to look at. I have it on my coffee table and it is gorgeous!

This is so much nicer (and larger) than I had been expecting. First, it is made from a solid piece of black marble, and it's easy to see why it's called "marble," as the natural marbling throughout is absolutely spectacular with lighter colored veins. Nature is a beautiful artist, and the natural beauty of this bowl has been well preserved, even though this bowl is smooth and beautifully polished. This bowl is more than a utensil, it is a natural stone work of art, beautifully crafted.The base is wide enough to be completely stable on a countertop or table top, and the base is protected by a thin rubber mat base to make the bowl non-slip on any surface. The rubber is very securely adherent to the base and looks like it is on to stay. That being said, I would never immerse it in water. I will be using this as a fruit bowl, so a quick wipe with a damp dishrag on the inside of the bowl and quick drying with a cotton towel should keep this bowl clean.I am thoroughly impressed with this lovely black marble fruit bowl. It is elegant, beautifully crafted, and is truly impressive. The bowl is so much nicer looking than any online photograph could demonstrate. It's truly lovely.Given the very high quality of this beautiful bowl, I believe the price represents a great value.

This is a weighty gorgeous marble bowl. It has that modern organic look that is on trend, while being “ all-natural” for the long haul decor item. It works for food service or entryway catch-all bowl, to hold fruit or garlic and shallots, to hold the remote in the living room, to hold candles… seriously anything.You could even make it a billionaire’s type choice pet bowl if you desired.Highly highly recommended, it is so beautiful!

This is an absolutely gorgeous bowl that is pretty enough to be consider a piece of art. The white marble on my bowl is very nicely marbled with gray veining throughout the bowl. And heavy.....it's an extremely substantial piece with a rubber circle on the base to keep it from sliding around.Now to find some perfect apples or oranges to put in the bowl. It deserves the very best.

They advertise this bowl to be bigger than it really is. The quality is great, the bowl is beautiful but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a fruit bowl. You can barley fit anything in it. I'm going to keep it anyway because I think it's really pretty and I'll find another use for it. But if you're looking into buying it, just know that it is very small.

This bowl arrived very well packaged. Thick Styrofoam around it ensured it did not break. The bowl itself is quite beautiful and also heavy. It will not push over easily. The bottom has a rubber pad which is great for not slipping on tables and protecting surfaces. The only issue I had was where the dark marble comes to the surface in 3 places was not polished like the rest of the bowl. Otherwise it is awesome. For the price, it makes for a great house gift.
