Needed a new sponge so I thought I'd try one from Amazon. It is an alright sponge and it does the job. Once wet it does get quite bigger but the problem is that the core of it stays hard. Usually a whole sponge will get squishy and it's easier to work around small corners of the face. This one does squish but not too far till it starts putting pressure on my forearms. (Good if you want a small workout at the same time as applying your make up though). Even after cleaning it's still the same outcome. It's just uncomfortable honestly. Like I said it's okay but I went back to my other drugstore sponge which is around the same price and more accessible to me. This has awesome reviews but just didn't work out for me.

I have a love hate for this sponge! I tried this after my original beauty blender was destroyed by my daughter and after trying a real techniques sponge that I didn’t care for. This one does make a sound when patting/blending your makeup (liquid foundation) into your skin, but it also does feel a tad bit rubbery and not nearly as soft as my beloved beauty blender. I gave it 4 stars because it DOES make my makeup look really nice and even! When you first get it, make sure to get it completely soaked and squeeze out ALL of the excess. Each time you use it, just get it wet a tad bit. Overall I would give it 3.5 but I’ll bump it to 4 for the end result of how good my foundation looks.

Just received my beauty blender and I absolutely love it. The tear drop shop is my favorite and this one is very well made. Very impressed with the quality of the blender. I use it wet to apply my liquid foundation and it covers beautifully. I also use less foundation and still get great coverage. Will totally be purchasing this again. 👍🏼

This last four months.I have never had a blender last this long without falling apart.You can sanitize once a week by boiling hot water and cleaning.Worth the $10

I bought this sponge thinking it would be soft, but I was entirely mistaken. This is one of the hardest sponges I've used. It spreads product fairly well, but feels like I'm using a rock to do so. Not pleasant or comfortable at all.
