ZINUS Ricardo Loveseat Sofa / Tufted Cushions / Easy, Tool-Free Assembly, Dark Grey

Seriously impressed with the value of this sofa. Will try to be concise below:PROS:- Came in one box! I was able to carry it on my own, but don't recommend it for most (I'm not the incredible hulk, but I'm 6ft 175 and above average from a fitness standpoint...the box is heavy)...made it easy to get it into my small downtown apartment!- EASY to assemble...would be easier with two people, but doable with one person...once the product was unboxed in took me about 15 minutes to assemble it.- long/wide, without being bulky or taking up too much space. I have a small 1-bedroom apartment, and needed a sofa that wasn't too big, but was long enough for me to nap on/sleep on when I have guests. Again, I'm 6ft and can sleep on this (removing the back cushions) but its footprint is surprisingly small!- COMFORTABLE and firm! I'm impressed with how comfortable this is for the price. Sit on it daily for months now, and it is still very comfortable (hasn't lost it's 'bounce'/firmness...yet. If it does, I'll update my review). This is on the 'firmer' side of softness, but I prefer that for both sitting and lounging.- PRICE...seriously, this doesn't look or feel like a sofa in this price range.- LOOKS: for the price, this is a really good looking piece of furniture...it isn't a conversation piece, but it is very clean and contemporary in it's looks, without looking too 'modern'. It certainly doesn't look or feel like a cheap sofa.- CAPACITY: you could sit 3 people on this, but I think the best situation is 2 people seated VERY comfortably on it.CONS:- Weight capacity: I have no qualms with having two average sized people on this sofa, or even two people my size (6ft, 175lbs). If you're larger, taller, heavier, etc. I'd be mindful of this when considering this sofa (or if you have larger guests regularly).-SOME creaks/squeaks: this can happen with any furniture, and any noise made when getting up from this is nominal, but it is something I've noticed which is less common in more expensive furniture. It's not something that bothers/concerns me too much, but something to be mindful of.Generally speaking, I'm blown away that this sofa cost what it cost, came in one box, was so easy to put together, looks this good, is this comfortable, and feels as high quality as it feels. Be sure to check its dimensions before purchasing (I can attest to a 6ft person being able to lay end to end on this, without feet hanging over either of the arms).

This sofa was purchased for my son’s bedroom apartment. I would rate it a solid 3.75 stars but since Amazon limits us to round numbers, we’ll round up to 4. Overall, I’m impressed with the great value of this sofa.The item came neatly packaged in one box. It was easy to put together and looks great. The sofa is firm but comfortable, and I imagine it should soften over time.A++ for value. Again, looks great with one caveat.. The upright back cushions don’t adhere well to the back of the sofa. Also, the back cushions should be 2-3” wider to fully cover the gap as seen in the photos. Otherwise, well done.

I love this couch. It was very easy to assemble and is comfortable. Perfect for small spaces, it fit my studio apartment perfectly. Worth the reasonable price,

This was easy to put together right out of the box. The size is what I needed, the color is great - the material feels like it will hold up, the arms have padding unlike some others I've seen. The only thing I didn't like were the plastic legs but Amazon has plenty of options for around $20 so I replaced them with wood legs that screwed right in. The cushions are stiff but this isn't an everyday primary couch for me. I just needed some extra seating for a small den and this fit the bill. This exact sofa is twice the price on the Zinus website. I think it's a great value.

It'd almost rate this a two. This all depends on what you need this for. On a budget. Great. As an accent piece. Great. Second home or furnished rental. Great.Main sofa. Mixed feelings. It is not comfortable to sit on (the depth is too shallow and the cushioning let's you slide to the outer sides or forward, off of the sofa. Just not well designed.I am 6'2" and sitting on this without my feet up on an ottoman to read feels much like only half my backside is on the couch somehow. Half the time have a sense of having to claw myself to the sofa to sit on it.On a positive note, it does seem well-built. The fabrics so far is really nice. Looks sharp, feels pleasant, and looks expensive almost. Putting it together was easy. At 6'2" (about 200 lbs, so pretty average) i can lie down on it comfortably length-wise. Width, if i lay on my back, barely fit on it with the pillows in the back. If you want to read, you definitely need extra pillows and back support. There's no other way to rest on it.The first sofa arrived pretty beaten up. Box was damaged and dropped off in the wrong spot. Overall, the sofa was okay but a beam in the upper back had snapped/bent. Amazon refunded. Reorders. The second one arrived in great condition. It did have some gross, brown stuff in places that looked like glue. Got that off with some rubbing alcohol.Wouldn't buy this again. Wouldn't recommend it. But that's based on my needs. It does look sleek sitting there. It's just not for watching a movie or reading. I'm keeping it for now but don't sit on it much.

This is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever sat on - even worse than those foldable steel chairs. I’m 150lbs & 5’3” - I figured this couch would be a good size since I looked like a loveseat online. I barely fit. It’s unbelievably uncomfortable, the seat cushions sink when you sit and the rest of the cushion sinks inwards. The material feels cheap and looks cheap too. A friend purchased a couch for about $50 more than I paid for this piece of trash at a discount furniture store (chain store) and it’s so comfy. I should have followed my gut and not ordered a couch on Amazon but here I am with a terrible couch and unable to replace it. Save your money, do not buy.

I put this loveseat together on my own. It’s not difficult at all. It’s just very heavy and sturdy. Took me a while to carry the parts and join them. Really like the color and appearance are not cheap looking. The firmness is not too much but comfortable. Love the quality

For it being 62" width and height being 30" is pretty damn expensive especially for a small couch. Now, I love it. It's pretty stupidly easy to setup, and if you're by yourself its easy as well if you don't have an extra body with you. The instructions are clear and easy to follow with pictures showing you what to do, and its toolless, which is great because I don't need another allen wrench to add to my collection because most furniture off of amazon gives you them. With all that, it's comfortable, soft, and not too stiff for my liking. I just needed a couch for my little room just to sit on and its perfect.

Good buy… Worth for the money.. 3 people can be seated… Its been a month we are using this.. so far so Good.. Easy installation, Done within 10 mins.

This is my 4th purchase from Zinus. Another win for me! Great couch! It lives up to handling serious couching. Lotsa use over the holidays and currently in a 28 day province wide lockdown. It handles the extra sitting, no problem.Assembled in less than 10 minutes. Firm and comfortable. Very affordable, well made and looks great!HIghly recommended to those who enjoy long, relaxing couching!Now...back to the couch! :)

Best apartment sized couch ever. Even got it up stairs all by myself.

This loveseat is easy to assemble, does not need any tools and can be assemble in minutes. Also, it is really comfortable. I love it because it’s not too small but it’s small enough to fit in small places. It’s kinda like between a loveseat and a sofa. This was the perfect choice for me. I’m really happy I picked this. My bunny also loves it, he was the first one on it. I can comfortably lay with my rabbit in my arms and sleep on this loveseat. Thank you Amazon and Zinus! I’m really happy with my purchase.
