A Staple in My Son’s Workout Routine My son uses this as part of his daily workout routine and loves it! At this point, we order it so regularly it might as well be on auto-ship. It mixes easily, tastes good, and I like that it’s a simple, unflavored creatine without a bunch of extras. It’s easy for him to add into his regular routine and he’s been really happy with it. When you find something that works well and your kid actually remembers to use consistently, you keep buying it! This has definitely become a staple in our house and something we’ll continue to reorder.

This stuff rocks! Been taking 10 grams daily and the results were awesome. Clean ingredients, I could not recommend a supplement more. The only issue is you have to mix it a lot in non hot beverages. Other than that do yourself a favor and pick this up.

This product mixes very well with protein powder or just room temperature water. I use one scoop on my off workout days and two scoops on my on workout days. It’s clean and potent, and I can feel the difference using this. I recommend this product to anyone.

Doesn't dissolve very well and stays pretty gritty, but still good value for the money.

It's true that it's unflavored as I can't taste it at all, so I opted to simply dump a scoop into my mouth and chase it down with water. I did this because it's a little difficult to dissolve it all fully when it's in a drink. When it comes to feeling the effects, I have noticed that my soreness has not lasted as long as before. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Has the Creapure logo, so I know it's sourced properly. It's reasonably priced, has no taste, Informed Sport certified, non GMO, and comes with a scoop. Most importantly, on the ingredients label...Other ingredients: None. What's not to like? As for solubility, I put a full scoop on a teaspoon (5g), put it in my mouth and drink it down with a full glass of water. It truly is a clean product, melts in your mouth and goes down surprisingly easy. For me, it's the easiest and best way to take this supplement. No waste, no after taste, no gastro issues. Currently my favorite.
