I have used One Above off and on for years. It is great to help you through jet lag, but if you need a gentle pick-me-up at work, you'll be satisfied. You do not get wired ( like from caffeine) it is more that you eventually realize you have your energy and clarity back!

Like the title says, I take this for all our long haul flights and works a charm, recently started to have this in between big nights out and it works wonders for the next day, always have a pacl ready.

I purchased this for a 24-hour trip to Thailand and found that it did help mitigate jetlag sensation.
